Make sure you are very specific for what you want on the phone call and clarify in advance before booking. I had a 57 dollar gift card for a straight razor today and went in expecting a full razor hair cut. Instead I was only booked for a regular haircut for 47 dollars and was told that a straight razor is 99 dollars for the haircut and straight razor and they could not accommodate it due to booking. They said this after getting me on the chair and shaving half my sideburns off. So less than 15 min of correcting that mistake I left 57 dollars poorer in with no straight razor, and a haircut worthy of a 20 dollar Supercuts. Glad their business is booming so well they can treat their new customers like afterthoughts and fleece them for cash. Honestly would have been better if they did nothing at all. Please work on clarifying time differences, and service differences in your phone calls and be magnanimous with new customers. Will not be returning.

I got a haircut today by Tamara and it was excellent. She took a look at my hair and immediately knew the cut I normally get. I then explained a few of my concerns and she got to work. I love the haircut and I was out of there pretty quick. Thanks Tamara!

First ever time at a barbershop at age 36, and Tamira at the Westminster location made my experience so enjoyable that I will be coming back to Finley's Barber Shop every time now!! Thank you Tamira for the wonderful beard and head shave! My son also got his haircut there by Tyler, and he did a great job with being friendly and kind as well as listening to what my son wanted!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

DO NOT GO HERE. Carlos gave me honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’m not one to actually leave a review like this but I feel obligated to do so. I asked for a two fade on the side and a trim on the side. I could have done a better job myself cutting my hair win the mirror. I had to go to a barber in downtown and the minute I walked in they verbally said “dude what the hell happened to your hair.” They had to trim my back hair line much higher than I would have preferred just to even things out. My back hairline was completely uneven, by like a solid inch! He cut one side of my head a solid half inch shorter than the other side and the cuts on my bangs were sporadically uneven.

The environment was amazing, the music was spot on, it's mostly for guys which is awesome, and you get a complimentary beer which is kinda great but I don't drink. The prices for the shampoo and conditioner was a bit ridiculous but overall the haircut was great and didn't take very long. Hospitality was great, and wasn't very crowded. Loved it and will return!

My husband has great hair .. but finding a stylist who will listen and cut his hair as we ask has been a challenge. I did not even try to book online - I called and was greeted with a friendly voice and made an appointment without any issues. We chose Finley's as it is convenient and has appointments on Sunday. When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly hello and asked to wait (we were a few minutes early). The waiting area is well stocked with drinks/waters and flavored seltzer. The entire shop was clean and inviting. We were very impressed with Eric! He sincerely cared about getting the cut 'right'. His demeanor and light conversation was very refreshing. As others have mentioned, you must have an appointment. The world is understaffed - and that includes barbers. It is very frustrating for companies trying to hire in order to provide better customer service. That is very unfortunate .. but the state of affairs for businesses across the country. I give Finley's a lot of credit for rising to the occasion and we plan to return!

This place was TERRIBLE! from the very beginning, I was there a couple minutes prior to opening. Standing outside in the cold and snow. The door was unlocked and I didn't notice. Whom ever unlocked it didn't invite me in or greet me in any way. Just left me standing inferno of the door. I noticed the lights were on so I went in. I was told to go to the back have some coffee and make myself at home. No coffee cups. My stylist never showed up I was told they could see me in a half an hour. Not thanks I'll just cancel my appointment I said. As I was canceling my appointment I notice hair on the floor. Not only that but the inside welcome mat was covered with hair. It looked like a very hairy dog had been laying there for days. GROSS! For a place that charged $45 For a men's cut, I except service. This place is a major disappointment. ZERO stars from this guy.

The location is clean and the service I received was warm and cordial. Marisa at the Westminster location was my barber and she did amazing. Everything I asked for was given to me without mistake. I have one complaint and it is what lost them a 4, maybe even 5 star review on my end. I was hoping to get a razor finish on my beard but that service is not offered unless you spend an extra $32 (before tip) for a whole beard conditioning service. This is frustrating because the company would have recieved more money from me if they just offered the straight razor finish without all the extras and also because this is not normal barbershop practice. Until they proved that service, I will unfortunately be looking for a different barber even though Marisa proved to be a very competent barber/stylist.

Always great service! Provides drinks and TV while you wait for your haircut. Cassidy is great, provides wonderful advice for haircare and of course gives great haircuts. Always enjoy the little extras, warm towels, shampoos, and back massage to end. Highly recommend for the entire hair cut experience! I recently started growing out my hair after cutting it myself for years. It has been refreshing to go to a barber shop that helps me learn how to care and upkeep hair in a way that I never have before. I am extremely grateful for Finley's and the great staff!

Finally a barber tailored for men that have great stylists and the environment is terrific. They care about their cuts and take their time making sure your cut is exactly the way you want it. I have continually been booking with Audrey and my haircuts have been so damn good I've quit wearing hats! Everyday is a great hair day now! She and this establishment are fantastic and I highly recommend it!
