Buzz cuts and fades were clean. However, you can't be even a few minutes late to your appointment otherwise they'll automatically rebook you without a text heads up (you eventually get an email).

Wanted to try this location but had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the stylist was cold and unwelcoming, responding with one-word answers as I explained how I wanted my son’s hair cut. She seemed annoyed we were there. Unfortunately, the haircut itself was also very bad and choppy, likely the worst he has had. We will not be returning or recommending.

Haircut was fine, and it went quick. Which is good because it's hard to choose between holding your breath and sucking in your own hair for 15 minutes. Barber was immediately dismissive, disinterested, and didn't seem to care about procedure or comfort. I won't be back.

Was already in it and was committed, not the hair cut I wanted or expecting. As if the stylist was in a rush. Then you upcharge me, at that point I just got out there as fast as I could. You got your extra buck.

Maxine rushed through my appointment like she had somewhere to be. Was careless with her hands and seemed completely uninterested throughout the session

This is the worst haircut I have never got my hair was 6 inches long down to my eyes and then I asked for half an inch all around and she took off about 2-3 inches I have been growing this out for about 6 months and now it is back to how it was before I am very upset and don't ever come here.

Regan is one of the best in the business. She always does a fantastic job and really goes the extra mile to make sure her clients get the best haircut possible. Absolutely recommend working with her if you ever get the chance!

Annoyingly small location which means only two barbers work at a time. Hard to get appointments and barbers will cancel appointments in you without notice. It’s also so inconvenient to get to this location having to fight for parking with the sports center. There are so many new retail locations in the area…. Why not actually make a Floyd’s sized Floyd’s shop somewhere easier to park instead with more than two freakin barbers?

I made an appointment but a stylist was not selected. I arrived early, got a great haircut, $38 and I was out in 20 minutes. I did not get the stylist’s name but she did a great job

I always feel welcomed and like I have a friend in the stylists I have seen. In terms of haircuts, I'd normally stay away from chains. Most experiences I've had with chains have been pretty dismal in terms of the skill level of the stylists. I've never had that issue at Floyd's, and the nice thing is it still comes at an affordable price compared to the more privately owned shops.
