I have two sons who have been coming to this Floyds for a while. We are so lucky to have found Ray as our stylist. He does such a great job with my kids (10 and 13 years old). Not only does their hair come out looking so nice but he always has such great conversations with them. When your boys are excited to go to get a haircut because they love their stylist, you know its a good spot. Thank you Ray

My stylist Mekia did an unbelievable job! I have a pretty hard cut that has a few different elements and she took them on like a champ. She gave product recommendations, layered my hair and made sure it would look great no matter the part which is a lot as I have a high low cut. The whole cut took an hour and a half of work and I'm so happy with it. What I'm saying is she did a great job and yall should give her a raise or a promotion.

I have long, thick, naturally curly hair, and finding someone truly skilled with curls has always been a challenge. Well, call off the dogs — the search is over. Jacee is AMAZING. He took the time to assess my hair, ask what I wanted, and explain exactly what needed to happen to reach my goals. His knowledge of curly hair is next-level. For the first time, I felt like a stylist actually understood my curl pattern and knew how to work with it. The shape, the movement of my curls — everything is exactly what I hoped for. Jacee is professional, confident, and genuinely experienced with my hair type. I finally found someone who manages my curls and gives me the best salon experience I’ve had. Jacee made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Let’s be honest — salon haircare isn’t cheap, especially in today’s economy. But there’s a big difference between getting a haircut and receiving true haircare from someone who knows what they’re doing. With Jacee, the investment is absolutely worth it.

The team at Floyds was awesome. Everyone was friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in. My barber Kristy was prompt and professional. Using military lingo, I asked for a number 1 high fade with a trim on top to a comb flat, and she nailed it. What made the experience even better was how personable she was. We shared great stories, and I really enjoyed the conversation. When she found out I was a government worker, she surprised me by comping my haircut. That was one of the kindest gestures anyone has ever done for me. Been serving for 40 years and never had that pleasure. It made my week. You have earned a loyal customer. I believe in supporting my community, and it feels good to have a neighborhood barber who truly cares. The decor was awesome too. The walls are covered with music icons, and the great tunes playing in the background made it even better. As a music guy, that sealed the deal. Five stars.

This place is awful! I’ve a two different bad experiences here. The first one was a couple months ago when I arrived for my appointment with Larry and I was told that my appointment was with another stylist. After speaking with the manager her attitude was pretty get lost. Larry is unavailable to you today regardless. I actually went back a month later to see Larry who’s cut my hair many times over the last 5 years. Things when ok since I verified my appointment repeatedly over the phone prior to coming in. I went in yesterday for my 10:50 appointment and I was told that I did not have an appointment with Larry or anyone else for that matter. I booked this appointment last week. The employees told me to get out when I mentioned the incompetence. I just call it like I see it. Total garbage here. I will never go back.

want to start by saying that I originally got my haircut from Tyler at the Floyd’s 99 Stroh location, and unfortunately, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I left with a botched haircut. Deciding to give Floyd’s Stonegate location a shot, the receptionist paired me with Jacee. After looking up the different stylists and their qualifications, I have to say — it was a complete 180. Not only did I get the best haircut I have ever had, but Jacee went above and beyond. He walked me through every step of my haircut to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He made sure I knew how to style it, and even when I don’t style it, it falls perfectly into place. On top of his incredible skill, his personality is absolutely wonderful. He genuinely made sure I was having a great experience from the moment I walked in until I left. We had engaging conversations, and I can honestly say he’s one of the kindest, most authentic people I’ve ever met — intriguing, personable, and attentive. I couldn’t be happier with my hair or the overall experience. While my first visit at a different location was disappointing, after meeting Jacee, I will never go to anyone else. He is a true artist and perfectionist — a valuable asset to your team. Any location would be lucky to have him. I will definitely be back next month. Beyond the haircut, the pampering experience — oils, creams, lotions — was fantastic. He even helped me realize I was using the wrong products, and now styling my hair has become so much easier. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Top-notch service all the way. 🙏

This is my 3rd time coming in and ive had wonderful experiences everytime. It's hard to find a place thats greatly priced for kids. Elizabeth was fantastic. I truly love JC he is an amazing barber he is fantastic with my son whos got an extreme fear of the clippers and buzzers. My son feels comfortable. Thank you Floyd's!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Nena at Floyd’s 99 for my haircut and beard trim! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and detail-oriented. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The fade and shape-up on my haircut were clean and precise, giving me a sharp and polished look. Sarah is the best hair stylist I’ve ever found! Super glad my family recommended her. This is my 3rd hair cut from her. She is very talented and pays high attention to details. She is literally a perfectionist and what I love most is that you literally feel like she genuinely cares about how your hair comes out. She always ask for critique so she can continue to make you hair better every time. I love that! She’s good at giving it an alternative/punk vibe and adding texture. She’s also very good at fades. If you’re wanting someone that genuinely cares and will try to make your haircut better every time, I highly recommend asking for Sarah. She cuts my mom, sister and other family friend’s hair now. I will continue to cut my hair here as long as she’s here :)
