I just got my hair done and im in love with it, Katelyn was my stylist and i absolute love her. She ask questions about what you want and is very through about it as well.

Repeatedly had my "reservation" given away despite showing up on time and ready to trade money for a haircut. Got my hairs cut here about a dozen times in a 12 month period. Several of those times, I'd make an appointment many days (sometimes a week or more) in advance, and I'd show up about 5 min prior to the appointment only to be told "they were running behind". I'd sit down and it was pretty obvious that the person I had booked had just started cutting someone else's hair like 5 minutes before I got there, knowing they'd never make my appointment. Yet another time, I was 5 minutes late, only to be smugly informed that my appointment had been given away and that I needed to be there 10 minutes in advance and was "outside of the grace period". So it's pretty obvious they've got 10-15 min gaps in appointments, so they take whatever walk-in is sitting there - too bad for you if its 5-10 min before your appointment you booked a week ago, you'll just get to wait 20-30 min past yours now. On top of this, you get pressured into a 20% (or more) tip on a $38 haircut that they're now rushing into a 20 min job and telling you that you need to buy a more expensive one. I've had Alicia and Bianca do this to me (sorry, man, intentionally waste people's time and you get called out on it). Don't waste your time here. Find someone private that's more professional and tip them well.

Floyd’s 99 is the BEST! Friendly Team that greets you when you arrive and leave and Lisa Marie my Barber for years does an awesome job! She also recommended the Floyd’s Refresh conditioner and make my hair look and feel super!

Antoinette is a literal angel. She just did the first haircut on my 20 month old boy. She was patient and kind and did a great job. So thoroughly impressed by this. Her kindness and detail made me cry in the car after. Thank you! From one mom to another, I am so thankful for you!

I've been going here since I moved to the area. I've looked forward to visiting each time because I always get a great cut. Katelyn is by far one of the most personable hair stylist I've had. She does a phenomenal job each time! 10/10 recommend.

I went in to get a hair cut and Anila was my stylist. She was one of the best hairstylist Ive had in a very long time. If you are looking for someone to book an appointment with I highly recommend her. She takes her time, is very thorough and asks multiple times how you like your hair to look to make sure you are happy with the cut.

Very impressed by the quality customer service that Starr provided! Short version: I received a less than awesome haircut earlier in the day elsewhere . . . Stopped by Floyd’s to see if I could get it sorted. Before I even finished my gripe, Starr sat me down and had it perfect in less than 5 minutes! I’m beyond impressed! This was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful experiences I’ve had while trying to get my neurodivergent son a haircut — and his needs were clearly listed in the booking notes. We arrived 2 minutes late, and I had a screenshot to prove it. Still, we were left sitting for over 30 minutes while at least six others who arrived after us were taken back first. I asked twice why we were still waiting, and each time was told “just a few more minutes.” Finally, someone claimed we were “7 minutes late” and they’d try to squeeze him in. Meanwhile, the heavyset woman at the front desk (dark hair) admitted their stylist was already running behind — so why lie and blame us? She was openly rude from the start — cold, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in treating us with even basic courtesy. When the stylist with the braid in her bangs finally approached, she looked annoyed before she even spoke. She rolled her eyes at me, made no effort to greet us or connect with my son, and had an attitude that made it clear we were nothing but an inconvenience. For a child who needs a calm, supportive approach, this was completely unacceptable. I walked out immediately. They showed no professionalism, no empathy, and no awareness of how to treat clients — especially those who take the time to communicate their child’s needs in advance. If you value respect, honesty, or a safe environment for your child — especially one with special needs — do not go here.
