Literally booked an appointment with these guys almost a month out. They texted me multiple times to confirm the appointment. I confirmed each time. Less than two hours before my appointment they canceled. I planned a month ahead to get this haircut before leaving on a trip out of the country for a special occasion. (Literally going to the airport right after) these guys decided to cancel without any notice whatsoever When calling in to ask about the situation, they told me the barber was sick and there was nothing they could do about it. The person I talked to framed it more as it was my fault. I understand things come up and schedules change, but the inability to make any adaptation whatsoever due to an employee out sick is ridiculous. I even was willing to adapt timing on my end. Furthermore, being rude and framing it as it as your customer‘s fault is absurd. These guys are an executive joke of a business.

Alexandra really cares about what she is doing. She does a great job on my hair and does not stop until she is 100% satisfied. It is awesome to see someone take pride in her work the way she does.

I've been a customer since the shop opened in 2017 - every haircut is a pleasant, relaxing experience! I love being a regular and am happy to support a local small business run by an owner who cares about his customers and takes an interest in his community. Online booking is a breeze!

had an appointment at Executive Barber Shop this morning at 8:00 a.m. with Dustin. Instead of being ready, he texted me to say he overslept and wanted to reschedule for later in the day. That is extremely unprofessional. I don’t live nearby and had already driven 20 minutes to be there on time. My schedule doesn’t allow me to wait around all day, nor should it be my responsibility to adjust because of his lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend Dustin or Executive Barber Shop

CJ does a great job on both my hair and my son's hair. He is flexible on schedule and sometimes fits me in when I need to change schedule. Highly recommended

I showed up on time for a scheduled appointment, but unfortunately my barber was busy getting his own haircut when I arrived. I waited while he gossiped about what sounded like a coworker with another barber. No acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I asked if I was going to get my haircut anytime soon, they condescendingly told me they’d be done in a “minute “no further explanation than that. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I left. Respect goes both ways. I understand everyone needs a break now and then, but when you’re running a client-facing business, punctuality and basic courtesy go a long way. Disappointing experience. **edit** They have responded that I waited only five minutes which is untrue. Apparently they’re trying to paint me in a way where it seems as though I had no patience at all. Take that, however you want. I was actually waiting for 15 minutes because I was on a tight schedule that day and needed to get my haircut. If they wanna lie about the waiting time, then that’s on them. Disappointing though.

Our apologies for the unfortunate experience. We looked into it and saw What happened on the cameras , sometimes we do run a little late and in this case it was 5 minutes late . We apologize for the inconvenience it caused you and invite you to give us another chance .

I’ve been a loyal customer here for a very long time and have always gotten great service. They provide great haircuts, free drinks, and very friendly towards pets and children. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a haircut !!

Place is clean and well kept. Heather is my barber and I even moved shops (across town) to follow her here when she left the last place. She is excellent and precise every time. She remembers all her clients requests and offers just the right amount of conversation. Ask for Heather or book her online. You won’t be disappointed.

Great customer service! Friendly and very welcoming environment. It is a small barber shop, online schedule and or appointment is highly recommended. This is absolutely understandable. They care about their customers and love what they do. They took their time on cutting hair unlike other places I'd been too. Sarena was my barber and she was awesome. She understand what my hair style look like and love her recommendations. We had a great conversation and she's a very nice barber. Love the blending, fading, trimming, and shaving from Sarena. Good job Sarena! Highly recommended this place to anyone. Please understand that walk-in appointment is not guarantee/depending on how busy they are. But the customer service and their service are great.
