Min Yi does exceptional haircuts every single time. There hasn't been one cut that hasn't exceeded my expectations. The skin fades are always sharp! Definitely enjoy my experience here every time. Highly recommend.

I got layers with about an inch taken off, a face frame, and a blow dry with curls. Min took his time, paid attention to the details, and did a great job. My hair came out beautiful and I’m very happy with it! If you have long hair and want it styled afterward, make sure to book two haircut slots since the service time is set for shorter men’s cuts.

Very nice clean spot. Min was able to squeeze me in to his schedule and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend booking with him. He understands exactly what you want and don’t want and is able to work with whatever you give him. Will be coming back to Min from here on out

Been going to Min at this place for a while, and every cut I get with him always surpass my expectations. My man Jackson gives the best cuts around. He is friendly and personable, listens to what you say (or can’t figure out how to say) to give you the exact cut you want, and makes sure he does a great job each time before you walk out. No question the best barber around.

Love this barber shop for 1 Main reason. For Min! The shop itself is awesome and is very well maintained, but I’ve been coming to Min ever since he started and I don’t see myself going to anybody else. He knows exactly how I like my cut after coming to him for so long and will still even educate me with styles and products. I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my haircuts until I came to Min, His personality and professionalism is something that cannot be taught, every-time I get out of his chair I feel refreshed and confident. Highly Recommend asking for Min if you walk into collective OR make an appointment with him!

Such a great experience. I had an appointment with Molly, the owner, and she was awesome. She really listened to what I wanted and absolutely nailed it. The shop has a super cool vibe, and the conversation during the cut was easy, natural, and never awkward. I’ve been on the hunt for a solid barber for a while, and I’m so glad I found Collective Barbershop. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a five star experience with Min today! I came in with a lot of questions as a first time client and he was super generous with the time he took with me. After a flawless fade, he gave me the best beard trim and line up I’ve ever had. For real. He took his time and I never felt rushed, I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his art. Excellent and clean atmosphere, I’ll be back for sure.
