These people don’t show up to appointments.. don’t even bother going here.

The two brothers that own, manage, and operate their Barber shop are accommodating and like to talk about almost anything. Getting a haircut and beard maintenance are both available. Ask about their senior discount. All appointments are made online. But you can walk in at your convenience also.

Ive been coming here for the last 11 years. Before it was sold and before they switched locations. I've been going longer than basically anyone who stuck around. No more. I like the new location and I like they're open 7 days a week but I made an appointment yesterday after walking in and showed up to no staff. I waited around 30 minutes after the appointment while another guy got his cut but he never showed and the other guy was apologetic but didn't really seem willing to cut my hair. So here's your review for making appointments and not honoring them or having staff to support you if you're MIA. I'd include a photo of my haircut but I didn't get one! I don't live close anymore but was always served as a walk in when I made the journey, it's disappointing to be forgotten the first time i make an appointment.

I'd leave a zero star if I could because they know call no showed. You try to support small business and they don't even bother to show up to their own appointment. And then they don't want to give you an option to cancel under 12 hours but they don't show up.

I really wanted to like this place. Gave it three solid chances, but unfortunately, the level of professionalism here is severely lacking — and that’s saying a lot considering how much patience I brought into this situation. I’m not one to jump to conclusions or leave negative reviews after a single bad experience, but after three separate letdowns, it’s clear this isn’t just a fluke — it’s a pattern. First visit: I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, only to find out my barber was running late. And not just a little late — an hour. No courtesy call. No heads-up. I waited because I really wanted to give him a shot and support a local business. He eventually showed up and gave me a decent cut, so I still paid full price and tipped. Figured maybe it was just a bad day. Second visit: Booked again, hoping for better. This time, he was 30 minutes late. Again, no communication. Another client actually walked out after waiting 20 minutes past his appointment time, clearly frustrated. The vibe in the shop was awkward — like everyone’s just tiptoeing around the fact that being late is just normal here. Once again, I stayed. But I was already losing trust. Third and final attempt: I texted him ahead of time and even offered to pick him up from his house to make sure we could both be on time. He agreed, said “bet,” and I thought we were solid. On the day of the appointment, I called and texted multiple times. No answer. Completely ghosted me. I sat there waiting, again — this time outside his house — and he just disappeared off the radar. That was it for me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I get that things happen. Life’s unpredictable. But when a pattern emerges where being late, unresponsive, or flat-out unreliable becomes the norm, that’s not a one-off issue — that’s a business practice. If you’re booking appointments and accepting people’s time and money, the bare minimum should be communication and respect. This isn’t about being picky or expecting perfection — it’s about having the courtesy to value your clients. You can have all the skill in the world as a barber, but if you can’t show up or even pick up the phone, none of that matters. I genuinely hope things turn around for this place, but until then, I can’t recommend it. People work hard for their money and time. Neither should be wasted.

If you’re a new client don’t even bother booking with Joey the owner. I booked with him, showed up to get my cut and he told me he was double booked. So he sent me someone else that works there. As I was getting cut by someone else the owner was just walking around talking to people and had no other client. Being double booked is an excuse he uses when he doesn’t want to cut a certain persons hair as I was told by one of his workers. I met three great barbers there Josiah, Jesus, and Eddie. There’s a reason why all three left because the owner is not professional with clients or his workers.

Wonderful little shop with a great staff. My stylist was Jenna and she did a phenomenal job. She was personable and professional! I got exactly the haircut I wanted with little to no added direction. She definitely knew her stuff! I will be back!

I gave this barbershop a few chances and the people aren’t bad, just bad work ethics. The barbers cancel on you, are a no show, no call and no text back. Unfortunately including the owner I suppose. This happened with three different barbers. Charging 50-60$ a cut and treating clientele like this is hilarious. Also you can’t cancel without a 12 hour notice, but there’s nothing stopping the barber from canceling on you when you show up in person at the shop.

My old Barber Jenna started working here after she stopped cutting hair a few months ago. She reached out and let me know she had had started here and wanted to start cutting my hair again after she ghosted me and quit without any reason or response to texts/calls about appointments. I thought I would give her another try and We made an appointment. On the morning of, she text and asked to delay the start time. I responded and agreed but she never responded or agreed to a new time to cut mine and my son’s hair. It has been over a week and still no response. She has done this multiple times. I would not go to this barbershop as it appears they hire people who do not care about there profession and it makes the shop itself look bad.

Jenna had a chair ready for me even though I was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment. The music was loud so barbershop banter was impossible. I was surprised at the cost as I had not been to the barbershop in many years. I have to say though Jenna gave me the best, cleanest, most perfect haircut I have ever had!
