My partners come here a couple of times and left disappointed each time. There just doesn't seem to be quality of care. He'd seen 2 different stylst, neither were worthy of any mention. He's too embarrassed to leave a review, but I don't care. I think when a stylist makes you feel dumb and cannot grasp the simple concept of what someone's describing you and tells you show me a picture but in a manner of making that person feel dumb, they shouldn't be a stylist. Maybe they're in the wrong business. We won't be going back, not that anyone there cares. Maybe teach your stylist to be a little more patient and understanding when your client is nervous and you make them more nervous, and oh yeah feel dumb. Needless to say he did not get the haircut he wanted or asked for.

Floyds has consistent quality. When I moved cross-country, I found the same good service in my new home state.

The flag on the door is an indication how your hair will look when you leave. They have unqualified people cutting hair and screaming about gender politics. I walked in with a USA shirt and was met with contempt and what some would consider assault because of how violent she cut my hair. My neck was left scratched and bleeding. This is not a safe place to get your haircut if you’re just a normal person.

Best hair dresser I’ve ever had! Julie D rocks and is incredibly talented and creative with hair. She collaborates with me on the level I’ve been seeking in my hair dresser and has given me the confidence to try new styles and reliably exceeds expectations 🌟

Jessica was very nice and gave me a great cut, literally exactly what I wanted. Great atmosphere from all the stylists. My friend watched from the parking lot and said I looked completely different and the cut did wonders lol

Always a good cut at Floyd’s! I recently moved to a new area and was at the wrong Floyds! I booked at one and showed up at another. The staff was accommodating and explained where I actually was as opposed to where I thought I was made time for me even though I wasn’t on the books! I will be back.

Jessica H. is amazing at Floyd’s in Lafayette store. Highly recommend. I always leave feeling great about my fresh cut! I’m a Rock n Roller so love all the wall decor! All the rest of the staff make you feel warm and welcoming. Thanks Floyd Team!

I walked in off the street on impulse. They got me in within an hour. Violet was fantastic! She did a wonderful job helping me to find the most flattering cut. I'll be going back!

This is one of THOSE reviews which I wish I could leave a zero. Normally I absolutely love going to Floyd's because the Broadway and Colfax locations have incredible talent. I cannot say as much for this location. My stylist was 15 minutes late for starters. After I got in the chair I told her precisely what I wanted: a minimal trim -as I am growing my hair out, layers, and some side bangs. What did I get? Nothing less than an utter hack job. She took my hair up by 3 inches, layers are an ungodly mess, and I have a literal CHUNK of hair missing. This is a disgrace.
