Great haircut every time, I always look good and feel good leaving Tina. Forget the negative reviews. Tina takes her time to cut your hair well, has years of experience, and it feels soooo good when she straight shaves your neck at the end.

We got our son a haircut here and it is an eye wateringly bad haircut. We wanted our son to get a haircut for an upcoming wedding where he’ll be a ring bearer and our family is beyond devastated. I kept asking her to not shave our toddler’s hair down to the skin and yet she wouldn’t stop. She brought his hairline up an inch or more above where it natural fell and gave him a full fade despite me asking multiple times for her not to. We will never be going back here. Her refusal to listen to me and the atrocious haircut our son received as a result is not something we will soon forget.

Sadly, today will be my last visit to the Metro. I have a wicked cow lick on the back of my head. Tina has always taken the time to tame that and give me a quality hair cut while maintaining the barbershop experience. No appointments, that's for salons. Warm lather strait razor clean up. Unfortunately, no after shave. However, today I went in, waited an hour, got a 15 minute zip zip with the clippers. I paid the usual. I tipped the usual 33%. I'll be looking for another barber.

I recently visited while in town for a trade show, and I was thoroughly impressed! this shop offers outstanding service and a very welcoming atmosphere. Despite being a walk-in, they accommodated me without any hassle. The staff listened carefully to my preferences and delivered a haircut exactly the way I like it. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut experience in the area!

If you want to walk in and immediately sit in a chair, then go to Floyd's or Great Clips. Tina, the owner, works incredibly hard and has for decades. Walk it, put your name on the clipboard, sit down, and enjoy. This isn't your "tourist barbershop." They do amazing work. Respect the locals and people who have been in Golden for decades helping the community.

I'm a 10 year customer and I go to Tina. She's a very nice Vietnamese woman who does a very good job and takes her time to get it right. Once she knows you, ask her about her young life. She was a "boat person" and escaped Vietnam with her parents and eventually ended up here and now owns her own shop. It's a great story.

I don’t understand negative reviews here. Maybe I’m a low-maintenance guy when it comes to my haircuts. I just like it short and tapered to keep my head cool, and I let them have their way with the details. I’m always satisfied with the results - particularly at the price. Plus, they don’t put obnoxious products in my hair, nor do they try to upsell me.

Never before has a barber straight up ignored what I asked for. I asked for a specific haircut, but she just did what she thought would look good. Took off way more than I wanted. Good thing hair grows back. If you don't care what your hair looks like and just want it cut, then maybe go here. Also, they delete bad reviews, so their average rating should be much lower.

The Best cut in Denver! I found this place by accident 14 years ago and they had the closed sign up. The owners husband was fixing the sign outside and told me to go in and I was hooked. Best flattop EVER! Tina (the owner) always makes sure my cut is perfect before she lets me out of the chair and the neck and shoulder massage at the end is great too. Highly recommend!
