I had an excellent experience at The Mug Shoppe Barber Shop in Denver! The shop is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. He’s really talkative and friendly, which makes the visit feel personal and welcoming, yet he’s also down to earth and genuine. It’s clear he cares about his clients and the quality of his work. I had an amazing experience getting my haircut here! The cut turned out even better than I expected, exactly what I wanted and styled perfectly. Came into The Mug Shoppe Barber Shop in Denver and had a great experience from start to finish. Hevan hooked me up with a clean mid fade and really took his time to get the blend sharp and the lines crisp, exactly what I asked for. The shop has a welcoming vibe, professional barbers, and it feels like a place that takes pride in the craft, not just rushing people through. I came in on November 3rd around 12:15. There was one other person in the shop waiting for another stylist. Taylor went ahead and took me back. I was getting an undercut design and eye brows. My eye brows turned out amazing. 🤩 Taylor was nice and the shop was clean. As for my design for my undercut, I asked him 3 times if he could do what I wanted and if not we could do something else. He agreed to do the design I wanted and said he could. During the cut I asked if he would like to see the design again. He said no. As a person with 13 years of experience, I trusted him! Once done with the design, it wasn’t what I wanted but I thought it looked okay in the mirror. I paid/tipped, and left. Once in my car I took a picture and really looked at it. It looks like a vagina. I’ve had multiple people comment the same thing and it’s only been a day. I wasn’t going to write a review but I just feel embarrassed I have to have this on my head for two week. Taylor may be great at other hair styles no doubt but designs not so much. I hate to say I’m unhappy with the results. (First pic is what I wanted/ 2nd is what I got.)

This place is absolutely magnificent 💯 The customer service was outstanding and the staff made me feel welcomed 😊 My hair was a disaster, horrifying lookn' orange with black patches 😬 didn't want to go anywhere and Julia fixed it 🙃 😅 talk about outstanding.
