Made an appointment in advance (a day before), took an Uber for 20 minutes from across town and was 5 minutes late, they wouldn't accept me saying I'm outside of the "grace period", the girl at the counter just told me to turn around and go and nothing she can help me with. Wasted my time and humiliated me, extremely rude and disrespectful. Stay away.

Why is it in every other industry if you're not happy with your service or product, you usually get a refund. When most people get a bad haircut, they lie and leave or they are complete jerks and cause a scene. I made it clear to my barber that she messed up in the nicest way possible and I've been getting the same hair style for years and she was the first I've seen to cut my hair the way she did. I explained I've never had it cut like that and that I'm not happy with my haircut. I mentioned multiple times that I hate my haircut but there's not much I can do once it was cut. Honestly, I knew something was off as soon as she started cutting but like I said, not much you can do when the hair is already gone. At the very least I figured I would be leaving with a haircut on the house because I felt embarrassed and ugly after getting the haircut. Instead I left with a very minor discount and I still tipped. After tip I paid nearly $50 for a haircut I didn't ask for. I've given Floyds so many tries thinking that next time will be different but this was the last straw man. I'm never coming back to this brand of barber shops.

Floyd's is an amazing place to get a haircut or any thing to do with your hair. Bobby is an amazing hairstylist who will always try to make you look your best. He's been styling my hair for years now and I always look better after he takes over my hair.

My husband and I love Floyd's Union station! Allie is the best best best! 10/10 recommend! The entire staff & shop has such a wonderful vibe! Of course we'll be back again and again!

Clyde is an incredible artist and human. My company is based in Denver and I live in the northeast, so I'm in town every few months. I always work my haircut schedule around visiting Clyde before I go into the office. Coworkers compliment my polished look and I brag about "having a person in the city."

Steve did an amazing job with my haircut. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly and made me feel comfortable. He really listened to what I wanted and even gave helpful tips about what would suit my hair best. Since I can’t see much without my glasses, he was so patient, letting me check the progress every now and then. I walked out loving how my hair looked fresh, easy to manage, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be back and recommend him to anyone looking for a great stylist

We’ve been going to Floyd’s Barber Shop for a while now, and Steven is hands-down the best! He’s incredibly skilled and patient, and always takes the time to make sure my son’s haircut is just right. Whether it’s a fresh fade or a clean-up before school photos, Steven consistently delivers top-notch results. My son walks out feeling confident every time. Highly recommend booking with him—you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been going to Floyd’s since 2008 when I lived in LA. While I usually get a fairly standard haircut, (short, high fade, and a hard part for easy styling), I went to see Ty at the LoDo/Union Station location because I wanted to try a new longer style with the longer hair that I had. I was referred to her by a close friend having already been familiar with her styling for woman from my work as a portrait photographer (she is stellar in this department by the way). I was not only in and out in good time, but I was very happy with the recommendations and styling she gave me. Perhaps it’s silly to say but it was the first style change I had done with my hair in quite some time so I was nervous. She knocked it put of the park though, showing her talent across all styling and cutting genres. Her men’s cuts are excellent along her ability to provide highly photogenic, professional women’s styling for photography work.

Nice check in process, music makes it lively but also feels comfortable. Most important a the haircut was very good. Also saw they do beard trims and cuts, eyebrow trims, and coloring. I really enjoyed the friendly barberette who talked a little but also concentrated when needed! Great place- fair price too.
