I've always loved getting my cuts here. Roy gets it dialed in perfect every single time, but the new barber named Joey is a rockstar. He's hilarious, very personal and super detailed.

Good location and great atmosphere. My only issue is I got an undercut (sides and back) and paid 45$ full price and I asked for my facial hair to be done with a straight razor and it wasn't. I just feel like you should walk out of a barber shop astonished by the way you look. Not disappointed.

Rob is by far my favorite barber. I always leave his chair feeling sharp and truly enjoy our conversations rather than feeling like I have to make awkward small talk. Great attention to detail and takes his time to get it right.

I moved to Denver 5 years ago. Had a tough time finding a barber that could work with my hairstyle. I found this shop last year & am now a loyal customer. Great service, friendly staff, and it’s supporting a local business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I were you.

Kay got me in for a next day appointment and was amazing to work with. All the barbers/cosmetologists there were awesome! The had a laid back environment, had a great vibe and did amazing work as well as made everyone(and I mean Everyone) feel comfortable. They do barber, cuts, trims, styles, locs, etc on all and are very friendly.

Can’t recommend Clipper Over Comb enough! Roy was amazing with my 5yo son for his first barber shop visit. He made it so special for my kid, AND gave my son the most amazing cut. This is definitely our new spot for all cuts moving forward!

I'm particular with barbershops because some can feel unwelcoming or uncomfortable. However, Roy made me feel as if I've been there before and we were just about to catch up over a beer. Great atmosphere, great haircut, and even better barber. I will definitely be making this shop my regular go-to. The parking will be a slight adventure and that is to be expected being right off of Broadway. However, the cut is worth it at the end.

Rob Koenig does fantastic work! He takes his time to make sure your haircut looks spectacular. Both me and my son's hair looked great afterwards.

Best barber shop in Denver hands down! Great cuts & conversation no matter who’s chair you’re in. I’ve never walked away with a haircut I wasn’t happy with. Good price, good vibe, and I always feel right at home. Stef is the man, Roy is too. I’m so glad I found a shop that treats you like a friend and not just another customer to get out of the way.

I’m someone who always sticks to one barber, that is once I find the right one. I moved to Denver three years ago and was sad to leave my barber of 10 years. I tried a few different places and nobody could get it right. Then by chance I stumbled upon Roy because at the was working in a shop close to my house. I put my trust in Roy to try a new style that he suggested and I loved it! I kept coming back to Roy—he has an incredible eye for detail. He ended up leaving the shop he was at to start Clipper Over Comb. Despite needing to drive a far distance, there was no doubt that I would follow Roy and continue coming back for his awesome haircuts. Clipper Over Comb is perfect, just as Roy’s styling continues to be. Thank you Roy for always making me feel confident and happy to be looking great! I highly recommend trying Clipper Over Comb and letting Roy style your hair perfectly as you love it or taking his expert word on a new style to try out, it will be perfect.
