Ashley consistently provides the best haircuts I've ever had. It's a relief to have only needed to consult with her about what I want once. She confirms that's still what I want every time I come in, then gets to work, nailing it every time. Consummate professional.

Been coming for years now and never had a bad experience. All the stylists have been friendly and helpful in deciding what I want done or recommending new products when I’ve changed styles. Their scheduling website/app is also good, I appreciate the low friction.

Always been going to these guys for a cut and have always loved the work they do. Had to go to a different Floyd’s for a quick cut and wasn’t pleased with the cut at the end. I gave this shop a call and they were so understanding and willing to help correct the cut! They quickly set up an appointment and took care of me and fixed the cut with ease. Always so kind, helpful and skilled!

Reposting my review so Betsy the barber gets her due. I came in w an overgrown buzz cut. My scalp had not been touched w a razor and was out of condition. Betsy was like a tactical technician getting me back to a smooth, perfect looking shaved look. Amazing barber!

My daughter went in today asking for a minimal trim, 8 inches were cut off, no wash or blow dry $60. She was taken advantage of it makes me sick! Amy was the stylist we will NEVER go back

We had a really great experience at Floyd's 99 Barbershop! I called to see what the wait time was and if an appointment was available, and we easily scheduled an appointment over the phone with the helpful and friendly employee who took the call. Once we got there, they checked us in and gave my son a sucker while he waited. My son is Autistic and haircuts can be challenging but Evelyn was absolutely fabulous, did a great looking cut FAST and encouraged him the entire time, asking him about the show he was watching, telling him he was doing a great job, and making sure they put me at ease as well. 100% our new barber!
