I hate getting my haircut. It’s been years since I could find somebody to cut it the way I like it. I found susan at floyds and she has done a great job friendly knowledgeable just a terrific stylist.

I’ve been coming here for ~4 years and have always had a good experience, recently Deo cut my hair and now he’s my new go-to. Great attention to detail. Thanks for the consistent great cuts.

Stopped in on my way home from work. Waited 30 minutes to end up leaving without a haircut. Why even make an appointment? Literally watched the girl that was probably supposed to cut my hair sit down in the waiting area with her boyfriend. Don’t waste my time.

I have been coming to this location for 6 months now. The front staff is fantastic and very accomodating. Susan has been cutting my hairs and I know her personally. She is great personality and expert at hairs. We had great discussions about family and all sorts of issues. I feel good comming here for hair cuts and thought provoking chats.

Zay D and Joey are my personal headliners and are hands down the best! Always quick, efficient, down to earth and somehow always get my cut perfect. Literally only go to this location because of these two. If you need a new dew, or help with a beard trim/shaping I'd book with these guys everytime!

We’ve been coming to Floyd’s for my son’s haircuts for years and have seen a variety of stylists (Renee & Romeo are fantastic, as are many others who’s names escape me), always leaving with complete satisfaction! They offer the ease of online scheduling & have the friendliest staff! Tracy was especially helpful during check out and overall, it was another 5 star appointment! My son was so pleased, he was even excited to show off his new look at the dentist afterwards! We’ll definitely be back!!! Thanks for all you do!!!

Got my haircut from Susan and both my wife and I really like it and think it’s the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. She was also very kind and enjoyable. I usually don’t request barbers by name but I think that’ll change after this experience.

Had a fantastic experience today. I took my 2 sons and also got myself a cut. Joey and the rest of the crew too great care of us. They showed extreme attention to detail and treated each of us with the upmost respect. We live in cripple Creek Colorado and will gladly make the trip down anytime we need cuts. It's more than worth the value and the environment is 100% perfect.

I went today and got Joey because my normal hair cutter Monica who does a fantastic job was not in that day, I was very upset with my haircut, I asked for a mullet and he gave me a thin part in the back of my hair that was longer than the rest, and this is good? No, because the rest was way shorter than what I asked for. Normally floyds does a great job but Joey should not be working there!! Never Picking him again.

Got a haircut yesterday during lunch and the hair stylist absolutely butchered my head. Side burns very uneven, giant chunk missing from the back of my neck, I asked for a fade around the ears and it looks like I have a shelf on the side of my head. Is this the new Great Clips? Update: Floyd’s in cinema point Colorado Springs took care of the repair cut, hair looks 1000% better.
