I didn’t take Baze this time, but he saw Kristen or Kristy (sorry, I can’t recall) but she did AMAZING, and Baze is super picky and he said he wants to go back to her every single time! I’m so relieved to have finally found someone that he’s happy with!!! Thank you so much! See you in a week or so!

I went to this location for about 6yrs. Stopped going in 2023 due to inconsistent and poor experiences. I also got tired of listening to the staff complaining about being at work. I went back 11.11.25 after calling from the parking lot to ask if they could take me as a walkin. They couldn't, no problem so I made the earliest possible reso for 12pm. I got there 10min early not to inconvenience anyone. Waiting for my appointment after checking in two gentleman walk in seperatly and ask the same questions about walk in services. They both went to the open chairs....soooo I jumped through your hoops and you still can't honor an appointment time? Im there early. I patiently wait. My appointment time comes and goes. 10min later you take 2 seperate walkins. What's the point? Great customer retention

Amanda is the best I’ve had there. She listens to what you want and executes perfectly. Recommend her if you want a quick and efficient haircut with some nice conversation while she works her magic. Love the cupcake smelling product she recommends for my hair. Bought some last time I went in.

Overall, my haircut was fine and my time with my hairstylist was normal. However, I believe the employees carried themselves in an unprofessional manner. Before my haircut, two of the employees began to argue in front of customers and then went into the back and began to yell at each other using foul language. It was very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

9 minutes late and they refused to seat me. There was one other customer in the store and, apparently, they let my stylist go to the grocery store down the street instead of tending to a customer. Wild policy. Guess they hate money.

I've been going to this location for years. I make reservations so it rarely wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Demi cuts both mine and my son's hair and we're always happy with the results. I know it's a chain, but the staff here make it seem like it's a mom and pop barber shop and the longevity of the stylists tell you how good they are at what they do.

Was rally ready to check one of these out. Made an about for 1 and they called me that Amanda is running late and asked to do 1:30. No problem but then I get there and about 1:37 I figured I’d just leave at this put and then I see the hair stylist smoking and chatting away outside. I walk back in to let whoever know to cancel due to wasting my time. I go to my car and sit for a couple more minutes and still just chatting away. So oblivious I was able to snap a pic slowly driving by.

Floyd’s Barbershop is a hidden gem! I had an incredible experience there, and I can’t recommend Alyssa enough. From the moment I stepped in, I felt like a part of the family. Alyssa listened attentively to my preferences and gave me a haircut that was beyond my wildest dreams. She’s not just a skilled stylist, but she also pays close attention to every detail, making sure I was completely satisfied. The atmosphere at Floyd’s is always top-notch, and I left feeling like a brand new person. If you’re in the market for a fresh cut with a fantastic stylist, definitely ask for Alyssa—she’s the best!
