My son who is 8 1/2 is hip, sporty and likes cool designs, fades and up-to-date styles. Art is our stylist and has done a great job with him. It looks clean with or without gel. He has the knowledge, takes his time, he knows what’s in . I recommend him for all ages and hair do’s.

Don't go there at all. Every time I made an appointment on the app and went there, they told me they didn't have time and told me to get out of here.

I made an appointment today at 12:10 for 2:10, and then at 1:45—just minutes before—they called to say they couldn’t see me until 4:30. Completely unacceptable. I don’t recommend them.

I took my daughter here for a quick trim earlier today and had the best experience. Finn is such a professional, so sweet, and so incredibly talented. She gave my daughter exactly what she wanted and showed her different brushes and techniques that would help. My daughter is ten and on that cusp of the pre-teen era. She felt so confident and couldn’t wait to show off her hair to her friends. Not just a place for the boys!

Junior gave me a great cut and was really diligent. I’m just in town for a visit and this was a great spot for a head/face shave before a gathering. Hot towel and massage after my shave was sensational. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Thanks again!

Floyd’s for life! Made a reservation at the Woodland Hills location. I received Art as my stylist He made some suggestions and it turned out really nice. He’s cool and professional won’t lock you in an awkward conversation. I highly recommend Floyds and Art to anyone who has hair. :) - Cameron L.

Jenny is fantastic, she listens to what you like and is able to apply it to her cut. 100% satisfied with service, the staff is very friendly and professional. You can see they love what they do! I have had an issue finding products that work with my hair and Jenny recommended the perfect product which I love. Business is clean.

Mixed experience — good in the past, but this visit was a miss. I’ve brought my middle-school son here a few times and always left happy with the cuts and service. This time, however with Shawn was very disappointing. My son explained what he wanted and even asked for suggestions. The stylist only asked, “What number do you want?” and didn’t offer any guidance. The result: an almost buzzed uneven head (way shorter than requested) and clipper burns/bruises on both sides of his neck.

I took my two boys here for haircuts and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a barbershop. I made concurrent 3:00 appointments, arrived a few minutes early, and within 10 minutes my first son was in a chair. So far, so good. But while we waited for my second son, I watched as other customers—who arrived after us with later appointment times—were seated ahead of him. By 3:45 (45 minutes past our appointment), one child was nearly finished and my second still hadn’t even been called. To make matters worse, a stylist who had been sitting in the back on break came out and proceeded to take yet another person who arrived after us, instead of helping clear the backlog. When I asked what was going on, the staff simply brushed it off, saying that because I hadn’t booked a specific stylist there was nothing they could do. In other words, they were happy to bump us, but not anyone else. At that point I asked for my money back and left. The staff did nothing to accommodate us and were happy to waste more of out time by suggesting we go to another location or wait for one of the stylists that was working with customers who came in after us with later appointment times. The whole experience was rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. They wasted our time, treated us unfairly, and made no effort to accommodate. I will never go back here, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
