Johnnys has horrible customer service. Dont waste your time coming here. There are better barbershop elsewhere. I was the first one that walked in, two other guys came in after me. Two of you barbers was sitting down doing nothing. You asked me if I needed a haircut and I said yes. Then I asked you if I can use the washroom real fast. Not even 2 minutes in the washroom and you took someone else. You told me to wait for the other barber. More then 5 mins I waited for the other barber and no one came. You said first come first serve. Well I walked in first before the other 2 customers, so why wasn't I taken care of first? Stupid of you to think I wasn't first when you actually talked to me first and asked if I needed a cut.

Hi Sal,<br>You walked in with the other two clients and we asked you first because you walked in first. You said you wanted to use the bathroom, we didn’t know if you needed 2 minutes or 10 minutes in the bathroom. So it’s not our fault that you’re not ready so took the next client. It doesn’t mean if you walked in first, we have to hold the line waiting for you. When you got out, we told you there was a barber who is finishing eating in the back and will take you in a minute. Even when you go to a barbershop who takes appointments and you have an appointment, they make you wait 5/10 minutes. So it’s not a big deal if we ask you to wait 5 minutes for a barber to finish eating. You decided to get up and leave, which is not a problem. We wish you the best of luck.

The shop has a great vibe, the barbers are skilled, and they really take their time to make sure you leave looking sharp. The attention to detail and customer service are top-notch. Found Johnny’s Barbershop on a whim about a year ago. I have had haircuts from 4 different Barbers (men’s high fade) and never been disappointed. The barbers are all very meticulous and detail oriented. It seems like they treat their profession with craftsmanship. I feel like I get more than my money worth for a $35 price tag.

Been coming here for few years and my loyalty stays here as every time I get a great cut and in a effective time period. I have recommend it!!! I've sat with all different barbers there and all do great work

I have been coming to this shop for about six months now and every time I come in it has been a very pleasant experience. The barbershop is always clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve had Jordan, Jesus and Johnny cut my hair in the past six months. I can say they are all very skill at their craft. They are very professional friendly and they make sure you are happy with the hair cut. The wait times are not bad either, the most I have had to wait for a cut has been 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Walked in, got to watch the movie twister while I waited (love that movie), Johnny personally did my cut, and I was very happy with the overall experience. I don’t mind paying up for a local business and tipping for great service. Also helps that the girlfriend loved it but at the end of the day I’m stoked with the fresh cut. Definitely coming back.

Got my first cut over at Johnny’s and I really loved it. The place looks great the barbers are great and Jesus was great. Most barbers can’t give me a good fade especially at the back of my head due to a big scar from surgery. Definitely returning.

1st time going to Johnny to cut my hair and I will go back again. The place is super clean and smelled nice. As soon as I walked in the 2 gentlemen working there greeted me. I didn't have to wait long to get my cut. Johnny did an AMAZING job and cut my hair exactly like I asked him. He knew what he was doing and did a perfect job. The price was very reasonable, the seats comfortable, and plenty of parking. Johnny, thank you and I will come back again and again (: 10/10
