Took my 2 year old son in for his first haircut and they did amazingly. They were kind and patient and the entire shop helped with making sure my family felt comfortable (as this was actually my first time in a barbershop as this is my only son). The barber was sweet and took feedback when I wanted to take a little more off here and there. Super kind! Made our first experience together really great. We will definitely be back!

refreshed? ha! what a joke, the guy was rude on the phone but i gave him a chance. worst haircut ever. put some special chemical on the back of my neck without my permission that gave me severe headaches. beware, this company is not professional and they will charge $60 for a haircut that is less than mediocre quality. thanks for the super cut but im ok, never gonna make that mistake twice. (i still have a headache from the chemical) maybe i should report them...

Thank you for letting us know your experience. Chemicals aren’t used for most haircuts did you mean the aftershave which is used after every haircut? Are you not used to barbershop service? When the barber was finishing and handed you the mirror did you give us the opportunity to fix what you didn’t like? What about the haircut specifically didn’t you like? It’s really easy to run to the review section but I hope you have us the opportunity to make it right for you befor you did. Report if you feel something wasn’t right that is definitely your right but not sure what you’re talking about. <br>

I’ve been going to Ronald for over 3 years and every time he makes sure to ask key ?s about what experience I’m looking for when in the chair. Every hair cut comes out with detail and I get the best haircut every time. He offers a wide range of services and is always on time with my appointment I haven’t had a reason to look else where in awhile.

We we’re first time customers and my son wanted a haircut. My son told the barber guy that he wants a trim and to cut 2 inches of his hair but we wasn’t happy with the result that we both upset and almost cried cause it looks like the barber guy didn’t respect what my son told him and he just did whatever he wants to my son’s hair. Instead of cutting just 2 inches of my son’s hair. He cut and left 2 inches bangs on my son. We will never go back to this place and i wont recommend it. I paid $52 just so someone can disrespect my son’s hair and messed it up. I was so furious!

Jennifer thank you for your recent review. While we strive to give our clients the look they want sometimes mom and son have to agree with the style before we execute. While I understand you may be frustrated you didn’t say any of this while you were here giving us an opportunity to adjust or fix to your liking. The barber asked you both for any input before you paid and left. If there is anything we can do to resolve your frustration please give us the opportunity. Though everyone has their own preference we do understand thanks again but hope you do give us the opportunity to make it right for you.

The Barber Ronald cut my hair and gave me the best experience at a barbershop I have ever had! Ronald went the extra mile and took care of the little flaws in my hair that I have never had done at any other barbershop. I recommend you come here to get cut if you like dealing with people that love to do their job.

Jason has been cutting my dads hair for about a year now. Every since he has come to live with me. As he grows older mens can sometime loose confidence but every time he comes to Refreshed he leaves looking and feeling great! Jason is a consummate professional skilled at what he does and he always makes my dad feel like on of the guys! He’s always on time his payment options are quick easy and convenient.
