Booking online ahead of time is a must—not only does it save you time, but it also respects the barber’s schedule. Their website makes it super easy to book in advance, and it’s definitely the way to go. From the moment I walked in, the vibes were on point. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone greeted me with a smile. You can tell it’s a team that takes pride in their work and makes customers feel comfortable right away. Jordan, the owner, cut my hair and really took the time to walk me through the process. Every barber has their own style and uses different terminology, so he made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. He asked thoughtful questions and showed me picture examples to clarify anything I wasn’t familiar with. Highly recommend bringing in photos of the cut you want—it makes the experience better for both sides. While the pricing might seem steep at first glance, it’s actually standard for most quality barbershops. If you’re after a quick, cheaper cut, there are places like Supercuts—but if you value attention to detail and a tailored experience, Hall Of Fame is 100% worth it. Overall, an awesome experience from start to finish. Great energy, skilled barbers, and top-notch customer care. Easy 5/5 stars.

The customer service and price for a haircut are terrible. $50 to $60 for a mediocre fade. I had made an appointment online. When I showed up 10 minutes early to the appointment the barbershop was closed and no one was inside. The barber showed up 10 minutes after the original scheduled time. It took him another 10 minutes to get his chair setup. He then proceeded to talk about how his finances are hard. He had a bunch of sob stories. His whole demeanor felt like he was trying to manipulate me into giving a generous tip. It was a bad experience that has me not coming back. There's better quality barbershops in the vallejo area. His Instagram handle is sixblendz_ He is unprofessional .

Had an appointment set up with Jordan “the owner” for a Saturday, even set it up five days in advance. Was going on vacation the following Monday so wanted to look extra crispy. 30 min before the appointment I get a notice saying it was cancelled. If that what kind of customer service the head of shop gives I’d hate to see how the tail is. Will not be booking with them again.
Owner's response
Hey John apologies on the cancellation of your appointment. There was some confusion it was showing you were booked with another barber at our shop on our booking app. For the inconvenience if you decide book again here at Hall of Fame your next service will be accommodated

What a great first-time experience! Danny was amazing with both our boys. Coming back for sure. Danny took his time and was patient. great vibe, and lots of great skills there. Thanks, Danny.

Asked for a high fade only, nothing off the top and they still managed to push the sides way back. Waste of $50

I just moved to Vallejo so I've been scoping around for a new barber and Six will be my guy. Told em I want to combover my hair when it grows out, and he was good with it and then he asked where I had my haircut last and it was at a barbershop in Vallejo & he said man they messed you up lol but now it won't be messed up anymore. Highly recommend just make an appointment in advance, I've been lazy to do it but I gotta start doing it so I don't rush to crop barbershops looking like trash.

Best place I have ever gotten a hair cut!! Chris is always very professional, he never makes me wait when I a make an appointment with him. He is always has his station very clean. The guys that work there are always booked and never have an empty chair. They cut different nationalities hair.

Been coming to this shop for almost 2 years. Although I’ve only gotten cut by the same barber during that time, being in there every week, I can see the high level of skill and professionalism being displayed at all times. It used to be hard to walk in and get a cut, which is understandable because their barbers are in high demand, but I combatted that by making a weekly standing appointment. They’ve added two new barbers to their team that usually have availability for walk in.

I highly disagree with Monique sentiments. I am an African American male and have been attending hall of fame barbershop for 2 years (since the beginning) and have been with my barber for 8 years. Every time any customer walks in they are greeted curtiously and with grace. Although walk-ins are tough to come by all you need to do is call the shop and someone will be able to get you in. Cuts are excellent, treatment of clients is excellence and the vibe of the shop is excellent. If you are looking for a new barber or wanting to drop by for a cut, this is the place to be.
