Kenny! I’ve been going with Kenny for awhile now to get my haircut always leaves me looking right! Today on the other hand, I brought my 1 year old son for the first time with him. Can’t stress enough how of an amazing job he did. He was very patient with him took his time to make sure that haircut came out right will definitely keep coming back to him!

The instructions I gave were quite simple, in fact, I even gave a picture to back up my request. I'll give the benefit of doubt on the job for the top of my head, but I wasn't speaking like an illiterate, in a way that no one could understand. Once again, I gave a visual reference and said one inch. Also, I have curly hair, which means that my hair need to be done in a special way. The first thing the person said when I came in was "I can't cut your hair like this," pointing to my hair. I assumed she was talking about my curls, but she proceeded to comb my hair vigorously, I really felt like an animal. Forget about the force, she eventually gave up signaling it through waving me off and gave me the hairbrush telling me to do it myself. I complied only to look at the hairbrush, which was absolutely disgusting. There people's hair still in their with their dandruff and who knows what. They were in clumps and just looked like that brush wasn't cleaned in a long time. I'm not a cleanliness expert, but that's gross. She offered to shampoo my hair, which i thought was to compensate for the mishaps and blatant disrespect, rejecting my hair and being blunt. I was wrong. She had long nails that dug into my scalp as it almost felt like she was ripping my hair out. My head is still aching from her "wash." Then she would act the same way during the actual haircut. She confirmed that I wanted an inch off, and I said yes. Then she started working on sides. What? You just asked me about the top? Communication is huge issue. Especially when your getting a haircut make sure you go to a place were your barber actually knows what you want. Unless you speak the language or a long time customer, I don't recommend coming here. Might I add that I was never rude throughout the service, I even tipped 5 dollars.

I’ve been going to Justin’s since they opened. The services and quality has been top notch since everyone is great. Ryan cuts my hair. And if I just randomly go unexpectedly and he’s busy I’ll get it cut by someone else. All the barbers are really great

I started going Justin’s barber shop at the end of last year and honestly Brian has always treated me with great kindness and respect. He is able to do any haircut as i was looking for a good barber to do the blowout taper and Brian executes perfectly. I bring all my brothers here now lol. Best service in OC!

Have been coming here for Helen for years now. Helen is great. Unfortunately, she was on vacation. Called ahead and made an appointment with Justin, 3 days in advance. Got there 10 min before the appointment, and Justin wasn't in and was only coming back 30 min post the appointment time. The barber telling me this didn't seem very concerned. I replied that I had an appointment for 3 pm. To which he shrugs and replies, "I don't care." Worst customer service and disrespect. This guy should never be facing any sort of public. No one else in the shop cared to even call Justin, alerting that his 3pm was there. I've been a client here for 4 years. Won't be coming back and patronizing this business. Justin, I suggest you train your employees better and make a focus on being customer centric. If I make an appointment, I expect it to be fulfilled. Otherwise, call to cancel in advance. Unacceptable.

Probably my 7 year old's best haircut ever!! We were in town visiting family and needed a quick haircut before taking pictures. They fit us in quickly and did an amazing job! Wish we could see Justin for every haircut!
