I had an nice time. The vibe there was perfect and was really comfortable. After this I don't think I can go anywhere else, it was just that great. P.S. Kaitlyn was amazing and I totally recommend to try her out.

Amazing customer service. I always come in to get their Refresh leave-in conditioner, and one of the wonderful people behind the counter helped find one of the large containers in the back. An excellent place to get a haircut if you live in the Tustin/Orange area

I have been coming here for a couple of years now. The stylist, Gloria, really understands curly hair. Mine is mid length and she does a great job of cutting it so the curls really pop.

I was booked for someone else. And they took a customer before me so the had me go with a different barber. I was in the chair for 8 minutes. I will never come back to this scam place

Isaac was great. Showed me how to maintain the cut and style for the haircut I chose. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Made my first visit here the best barber experience I had.

After never being super happy with haircuts we tried Kaitlyn at Floyd’s in Tustin and have been so happy with her!! We won’t go anywhere else ! Shes the best ! Book ahead as her schedule gets busy.

I’ve never had bad service at Floyd’s. They’ve always respected me and my partner though we are a bit non traditional. I never go anywhere else to get my hair done.

I stopped by Floyd’s Barber Shop to get cleaned up before my wedding — mainly the little details like ear, nose, and eyebrow hairs. It was my first time doing anything like that, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect (I had visions of The 40-Year-Old Virgin scene in my head!). But it was nothing like that — quick, smooth, and totally painless. The staff made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job getting me ready for the big day. Thanks again to the team at Floyd’s for making it such an easy and great experience!

On Monday I booked an appointment for Thursday with Cheyenne for my son. Her profile stated her specialty is fades and that’s what he wanted. Arrive for the appointment and we are taken to someone else’s station, I say that I booked with Cheyenne and the woman looked confused. Turns out, Cheyenne decided that Dexter’s appointment wasn’t worth her time and moved him off her schedule. Manager appologized, said she would comp his haircut and that she could do the style haircut he wanted, although her profile stated nothing about fading being her specialty, she assured me she’s been doing this for 25 years and could do his cut. Against my better judgment, I said ok. Showed her picture and she again said she could do it. Picked Dexter up, when we got home I got a better look at his hair, it’s not at all what she was shown, definitely needs to be fixed so he doesn’t have a big puff of hair in the front of his head. Will definitely update this review after trying to get some shape and blending added to his hair. First picture is what was shown, 2nd picture is the cut. There is no blend to Dexter’s hair just long top to nothing on the sides.

Took my 7yo here for the first time and it was the best experience. Cynthia really listened to what we were going for. He went in with long rocker hair and left with a cool surfer cut, exactly what we were going for. He loves it. Thanks again!
