That was my 2nd time there and probably last time as well. You can see on the picture how they messed up my hair. It was last Sunday, they were really busy the guy was rushing on my haircut. i waited about 35 minutes and he finished my hair cut within 3 to 4 minutes. After he finished I looked at the mirror and saw some hair in my back need to be trimmed because he didn’t trim it, by that time already started another person so I was standing he trimmed it with the same machine. I found so many white hair on me which I don’t have at all that means someone previously did haircuts who has white hair and barber didn’t clean the machine at all very dirty and unhygienic. The cashier lady seems like manager she is really nice. First time haircut was good because they weren’t busy and barber did good job but this time was very disappointing..

The worst barbershop in LA, where barbers don’t even speak English do you have unstable people working there that will get mad if you say you don’t like it and if you want to change something they will say go somewhere else. They have a low price bud you get the worst haircut of your life here.

I was looking for a spot for my father he is a senior and dont need much but a clean up on his hair. I liked that they answered the phone to answer my questions. We went right away and only waited 5 mins and he was next. Taylor a young gentleman did an amazing job on my dad's hair and even cleaned up his hair ears. My dad said " he is the only one that did it right" my dad like it round on the neck and he did exactly that. Great prices and offerings.Thank you.

It's very disappointing when a company offers a promotion and doesn't honor it. This shop supposedly offers a free haircut on the 12th visit, which for me would have been my last/previous visit. I was originally given a card for then to pick which I wasn't good at keeping. Then they offered an electronic option for keeping track of your visits which was great for me. I'm the last visit the system was down and I was told that they weren't able to pull up my information and l but would have it fixed for my next visit. I was given a new card and it was punched. I paid since I figured I could get my earned free haircut on my next visit. I stopped by today and the system is still down and I was only offered to have the card punched. I have visited the location easily over 20 times to have to start all over with the promotion is unacceptable. Even though the barbers are great. . . For me, it's the principle and is the reason that they lost my business.

The Baseline: For a barber the staff must be skilled (no nicks), the experience for the cut/shave must be comfortable, and the value of the services must be good. Note: I am a hai challenged individual (aka bald) so I will be limited in my hair cut advice. Service: I came for a face shave and a head shave which was done very well. Hot towels, good lather, and most important… Tyler my barber was great with a strait razor. No nicks or cuts and my head/face was smooth. I also have a sensitive skin issue and Tyler was careful with shaving the affected area. Value: A little bit more than other barbers I have used but I think I got a bit better service. It was a bit of a spa treatment shave. Facility: It was a clean, up-kept barber shop with the floors being constantly being cleaned for hair. I love the old school feel to the barber shop as it compliments Old Town Torrance area.

The guy here did my hair very worst He was so rude and was not being gentle with my head not a professional barber. I would never recommend anyone to come here if you wanna look good.

Be careful and always check the price list before getting a haircut or beard trim. The lady charged me $24 just for a beard trim, without telling me upfront. The average price for a beard trim is usually between $15–$19, so this felt like a rip-off. I would rather tip someone who’s honest about their pricing—not someone who surprises or lied you at the end. Watch out and unfortunately I didnt notice the rest of the reviews before my visit!!

Mostly men's cuts and styles but does have one hairdresser for women's cuts. If you're looking to get a shave, go for the hot towel service. You'll get a straight-edge close shave, followed by a hot towel treatment, and a light massage. Staff keeps the place clean and floor swept. Family friendly, too!

Mixed feelings about this one. Really depends on what your looking for. I was a walk-in. Was in and out within 15 min. Cut was ok. Not the worst fade I had. Got cut the razor a couple times. Didn't use alcohol. I asked for a mid fade and got a high fade.

This is a good place to get a quick haircut done by nice staff. The prices are reasonable (~$12-$19 range depending on what is done). They also have an "every 12th haircut" free deal, so they recognize their frequent customers a bit.
