Only shop my sons will let me take them too!!! They are all very welcoming and have great prices too. Our favorite barber is Raul he’s always patient and attentive with my boys making sure they always leave happy.100% recommend this shop.

I have been coming to Tonys Barber Shop for years i remember getting my first haorcut for middle school from Tony Sr. & here i am now getting my cuts from Tony Jr like fathwr like son tge best barber shop in the sylmar area they have the best customer service and satisfaction if it aint right tgey will get you right thats why i keep coming thanks Tony Jr for gettin me right all the time💯🍀

After waiting almost over 40 minutes at Deez Cutz I looked for another barbershop and found Tony’s Barbershop so I made the 26 minute walk (after walking for 37 minutes previously to the other shop) here where they actually acknowledge me as soon as I walked in and didn’t make me wait long. It wouldn’t hurt some of the guys to be a little more professional cause you never know who’s around and can hear what is being said. Yet I got good service, a nice cut at a good price, and the atmosphere was nice very chill; I would definitely recommend it and will come back again.

My husband and two boys went in today one who is on the spectrum. The girl was extremely patient and loved her service! Too bad I can't say the same for the two younger barbers there! Lucky my husband was able to control himself while hearing the two very unprofessional young men speak in Spanish laughing at my son for crying during his cut. Mind you this was his first cut at a barbershop. We only went this route since my daughter will be having a special event on Saturday. We avoid barbers due to this! Little did you young unprofessional men know he is on the spectrum and hair cuts are scary for them. But you decided making fun of a 5 year old was an ok thing to do. I will definitely be going in tomorrow and definitely be reaching out to higher management. Avoid this place if you have little ones!!!

Hello, aide sorry for the inconvenience you had today at our barbershop I spoke to my barbers and they stated that they never laughed at your son or anything in this subject on the other hand we have talked about respect to our valuable clients especially our young kids because we understand it’s usually there first time getting haircuts and it isn’t easy at the beginning but on the other hand,there was most likely a misunderstanding but I wanted to apologize sincerely for this and I hope next time if you choose to come again you’ll have a better experience… <br>

Well, I'm changing my review unfortunately. I've been bringing my son over a decade, give or take. My son is very particular & doesn't like change so I've stuck it out with all the.... hurdles there. At 1st it was a horrible environment for any female that came in. Then the owner wised up and cleaned up the environment for a while. Now, he & his employees always ask if you've set an appointment. Which, no matter if you have or haven't you'll always wait. Now, I've set an appointment a few a times and Tony hasn't showed up to our appointment, so we had to get a different person. Which is fine with me. The main issue I've come across, beside calling & still having to wait for an appointment is... I've called to make an appointment & been assured it's set but then I get there and the doors are locked or tony No isn't there. If you're not going to be there, then don't set an appointment. I've waiting in case traffic or issues but still...no one. He also turns off his phone, so you can't even call to see if he's almost there or what happened. One time we were there waiting 45 min... turned out he had fallen a sleep in the bathroom & didn't come out. There was a line of people who had waited for their appointment & the restroom. Only to find out.... he was there....sitting on the toilet...a SLEEP!

Unfortunately I had to choose a star, if it were up to me it would be none. Walked in to get my son a haircut. We are not regulars but thought it would be okay since our previous experience was not tooooo bad. Tony was clearly drunk or on drugs and one of his workers looked like he was on one. They have signs all over "Absolutely no profanity...this is a respectful place...blah blah" its a joke! NOT kid friendly at all, Tony had a horrible vibe, ticking time bomb. My son really needed a cut so we stayed, in my time there he left 2 clients without a cut. The first client he told he was 8 minutes early. After leaving him waiting the client just walked out (Im sure he caught on to him being drunk) It was disgusting to see Tony basically stumbling through the shop from how drunk he was. WHO IN THE WORLD RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS! HOW is this shop still running?? should have called the cops on him for driving while drunk since he ended up driving off in his "expensive" car. NEVER GOING BACK, and spreading the word on my experience.

Made an appointment with one of the barbers who was a regular for me. Every time I would make an appointment I would still have to wait good 15 to 20 minutes. I told him I had to be somewhere at a certain time and flat out said "that's not my problem, boss". I've been giving my business to Tony's barbershop and never again. This is now how you treat your customers. Especially if they've been coming back to you for sometime.

I'm super picky about hair cuts, didnt like other places until i went to this place. I've been going to Tony's for the last two years. I've had almost everyone on their staff cut my hair, they are outstanding! just now I had my hair cut by Jay, i think he may be new bc i hadn't seen him before. Once again, awesome results! go check em out! i suggest making an appointment ahead of time.
