Really bad service from Emilio Osorio. He was angry and pulling my hair after the appointment I made was at 12:00 PM and it started at 12:35 PM. He wanted to do everything quickly and attend to people without an appointment. It wasn't his fault that he was late on the phone or with the previous cuts… I didn't finish cutting my hair because he got mad when I told him it wasn't my fault he took so long on his previous cuts.

This place doesn’t understand not all men come in wanting to come out with the same haircut as every else. I showed exactly what I wanted, and I got a 2 cut all around my head with about 8-10 inches of hair on the top of my head, and they said wa’la like it was perfect 🤣 I still paid because I felt bad about how incompetent the barber was to take my simple request to just get a trip, instead I had to completely cut all my hair and even the length out. Also, I didn’t know a fade was a combover, and looked choppy. Seriously it looks like the sides of my head went through a blender. I do not recommend this place, because the barber first started giving me an attitude after I told him I wasn’t satisfied. If a customer isn’t satisfied, than you do the best to fulfill their needs. This place needs a whole “makeover”

Haven't had a haircut in years and Kevin clean me up real nice. Had me coming out looking like a brand new man, great shop, amazing people, and very friendly environment.

This is a true barbershop. My guy is Mario the owner but there are a lot of other experienced barbers that can get you looking fresh. I can usually get in and out fast but they have a nice waiting area with comfy couches, wifi, and TV in case there is someone ahead of you. Now with the cut app, I never have to wait.

High price for poor quality haircut... But that is not all... Expect being stood up by barber at last minute, asking to wait while taking "more desirable" client instead of you.

Mario has been cutting my dads hair for 5 plus years ,and he doesn't go anywhere else. I've been going to Mario for my beird and all I can say he's amazing. He's up to date on all the fashions and just does an amazing job. Super intensive to detail. He always has my beird line up 10 /10. Highly recommend 👌

Fantastic Barbershop, period full stop. Knowledgeable barbers with years of experience and the tools to do the job. Mario is the king at fresh and flow but the other barbers have mad skills too! Use the theCut app to reserve your day and time, convenient and easy!

Alright this is my boy's shop! I know this guy for a long time! 10 plus years! Chocolate! Is an awesome guy respectful, greets all his people when they come in all the time! U can also make appointment with them so u dont wait for a long time! For a small additional fee.. I definetly recommend this barber shop! And my boy Andy! Last but not least my boy cubano! This place is freaking awesome! Shop, all the guy's are great barber's come on in and check them out..

Definitely adds character to the neighborhood, which is what this town needs. I've been a few times and always came out satisfied with my hair. I even leave smelling a whole lot better than I did when I came in too.

Mario gave me the best hair cut I've ever had. He was very nice and welcoming when I walked in and gave me the exact cut I asked for. He is very friendly and professional and experienced in his craft. Fresh & Flow barbershop has the best prices I've ever seen. I will only be going to him from now on.
