I came in to this shop because my usual barber was out of town. I showed the photo and described of what my hair usually is in picture 1. She asked no questions so I assumed she felt confident and understood to then give me picture 2 and I was shocked and did not know what to do to fix it so I paid and left and got a redo at another Floyd’s thankfully picture 3. It is completely different from my hair and I’m not happy but homeboy tried his best to save it.

Ali is the best! She’s does a great job w my hair (long layers) and my husband’s (short spiked styled). She listens and has the touch of a seasoned professional. My hair grows out perfectly and lasts long between cuts. She’s great!!!

I like my hair stylist Peter who gives me a great cut that lasts. He knows what he is doing and I just say do what you think will look best. I always get compliments and tell people to go to him. I don’t like the parking at the Studio City location but this is LA so not much that can be done.

Jen W is the best! She makes me feel welcome and cared for every time I work with her. She and the entire staff are welcoming and friendly, and always do a great job!

Mario is amazing!!!! I was looking for a hairstylist for about the past five years. When he cut my hair, the first time I was so happy. I will keep coming back there as long as he works there. He is an expert at his craft and you get an amazing haircut every time.

Fabi really listened to me and I felt like she treated me as an individual and didn’t just give me a run of the mill haircut. She listened to my ideas and she gave me ideas of her own and together we were both really happy with the haircut. She even helped me take pictures so that she could remember me for next time and I will definitely be back soon to see her again.

I wanted to switch up my hair style that i've had since high school, I showed a reference photo to Nych and he executed it beautifully!!! You can tell he really puts the time and care into his craft. Definitely will be going back and at $40 (not including tip) it's a total deal.

Dani really listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to every detail. She asked all the right questions about my hair, my routine, and aftercare so the cut would truly work for me. She did a beautiful job with both the haircut and the style — I left feeling amazing. I’ll definitely be recommending her to friends and family to get their hair done with her.

I’ve been going to Floyd’s in Burbank for several years and even bring my boys there too. We go to marie and she is Awesome in every way but she was out . So I tried Tina and she was not good but I thought she doesn’t know me it will take a few times. Omg her personality is almost worse than her hair cutting. She used a #2 she told me I should write it down so when was asked I would know. Then she said stop moving I almost cut myself. I’ve never in 50 years had a stylist say that? Anyway the hair cut was horrible and I should be refunded or given credit for another haircut which is fine with me after it grows back. Here it is in a photo, wow I can’t believe she didn’t check to see if it was even after she used #2 on my whole head besides the top!! Very bad! Common you can’t see how uneven the sides are really? I didn’t notice until someone said something ! How embarrassing.
