While they did a great job with my hair, I noticed that the charge was $10 higher than previous visits for the same style. His reasoning was that the increased price applies to all scissor cuts moving forward. Which I'm perfectly fine with, but I'd appreciate more transparency regarding pricing changes in the future.

I was a walk-in customer and didn’t realize I arrived close to closing time, but Sheila went above and beyond! She stayed late and took her time cutting my long hair without ever rushing. Her kindness and dedication truly stood out, and her service was nothing short of amazing. I absolutely LOVED her and the beautiful work she did. Sheila has gained a loyal customer, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Stopped by to get a men's haircut and had a great experience with Robert and Heesoo. It was a quick cut, well done, and they were so friendly overall. Would come back again!

This is the place to get a “real” haircut. I had Andrew. he was a very kind and friendly person. he takes his time. a true master of hair cutting genius. I will come back and I am truly impressed. highly recommend.

I moved to South Pasadena three years ago and was looking for a new barber/stylist. I found Robert two years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere since. I’ve referred a couple of friends who are regulars of Roberts now as well. Super on point, great scissor work, listens to him requests. I look forward to it.

They are open again. I just went for haircuts with my sone today Oct 14, 2020. Good safty protocols. Great haircuts - thanks Andrew. June review. Ben’s Barber Shop is now open with good COVID safety practices. Plastic screens between stations, must wear masks, call first for appointment only.

Ben gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time! Great friendly atmosphere and a short wait time. The price at 20 per cut is incredible. Will come here for all future haircuts.

Always a pleasure getting a haircut from Sheila, Andrew and Robert. They’re my go to barbers. Increasing in price bases ($17 to $20 in the past 2 years I have been going there) but it is worth every penny. Very suave and much dedication to their craft.

So I walked into Ben's barber shop and I waited just a few minutes until approached by the amazing Sheila. She understood what I wanted and she delivered. She was fantastic and took her time to doing it right. I will come back and ask for her to continue doing my hair. This place is clean and welcoming.
