I’ve been in California for close to a year now and I’ve wasted good money on terrible cuts 95% of the time until I found Kevin Rullan! I grew up in barber shops and this dude made me feel at home and gave me that true Barber feeling/quality. The ease of scheduling and timely/professional manner that he offers is second to none. Hands down my home away from home shop for the remainder of my time in SoCal🤘🏽💈

For starters, Clutch Time Cuts has its name for a reason. My son tried several other barbers, its always a hit or miss with the comment of "When am I returning to my barber?'' It has been about 4 months since we have visited. I finally caved and made the drive from LA to Santa Ana. My boy is always extremely satisfied, feeling himself when looking in the mirror, smile from ear to ear. This spot is the only place my son will come too. Kevin CLEANED MY SON UP! We're very satisfied, happy with the prompt service, never fails at what he does. Skills are top tier. This shop is a must.

Tim is an outstanding barber through and through. His exceptional skills are matched by his warm personality and kind heart. I always appreciate his positive energy, engaging presence, and the great conversations we have. The shop is extremely fortunate to have him on their team. We did like the Shop had been going for a while , Kevin is great barber great always welcoming. My son has been coming here and had a cut done by AJ and my tried to explain the cut and style he wanted and mind you she’s women. She’s not going to know that name the cut or fade. Stating please do not touch the the top because he’s growing it out. As he was doing his job he started trimming the top with clippers she said oh no we mentioned we did not want the top touched. AJ flipped, took the cape off and walked out of the shop my wife still ok with him finishing it. Kevin stepped in and finished it. Sucks to have lost 2 regular customers.

Clean place with vending machine for drinks , they got tvs and good music playing, the workers make converstation with you and make u feel like family ... lets not forget they got a pool table, if you wanna play while you wait!!! My husband loves how barber Jesus does his work . Today's cut was a high fade and beard clean up. My Husband is looking 😍 👌 🔥

S/o to Kevin for the awesome cut! The shop has an excellent vibe along with Kevin himself! I enjoyed my experience from start to finish, I got exactly what I asked for and couldn’t be more happy that I found a new barber whom I will consistently go back to now. Love the music selection and prices as well. I highly recommend going here. See ya next time Kevin!

Amazing new barbershop with a great group of barbers! Sports themed with paintings of memorable figures like Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Tom Brady. Friendly atmosphere which made me feel right at home. I was greeted and offered a bottle of water as soon I walked in. They also have a pool table you can use to kill time as you wait, along with two mounted TVs to keep up with live games. The ATM machine in the back is convenient if you forgot to bring cash. It's location is convenient too, near the 22 and 55 freeways. Kevin (the owner) cut my hair and time flew. Such an awesome guy, we chatted the whole time about football and our teams (both real life and fantasy). It's great being able to talk football while having your hair cut. He was very detail oriented in the way he cut my hair and I'm more than happy with the fade and cut he gave me. The other barbers in the shop looked skilled too. Definitely coming back every other week. Prices are reasonable and standard of most barbershops for a quality cut.
