Dominique did a magnificent job givin me da exact hairstyle I asked for. We need more women barbers like her. I have curly hair and she gave me the perfect shape up and line up. I was satisfied 100% highly recommended for all my curly headed ppl out their. Give her a chance I promise you won't be disappointed. Shoot you might wanna empty out your wallet with how she cut. I just had my hair done by Jay Jay at the 6th street location and I’m really impressed. He nailed it and without really having to get too technical in explaining what I wanted. For a first time getting cut by a new barber, 100% spot on isn’t always the outcome. I’d rate my experience 15/10

I love coming here , Cathy started my 7 year olds dreads and also braids my others kids hair & they all get excited to come back. (Not heavy handed on kids ) Thank you so much Cathy ❣️🤞🏾

I had a great experience at Your New Barber. Cat did an amazing job on my hair — super neat, and professional. She really knows what she’s doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The shop has a welcoming vibe, and my hair came out exactly how I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cat to anyone looking for quality braiding.

Hector and his shop are top tier. I’ve been going to him for about half a year now and it’s worth a drive into the city. The shop is super clean and gives you old school barber shop vibes with a bunch of people getting cut, laughing and just having good conversation. The big parking lot across the street makes it really easy to make your appointment on time and the app makes scheduling effortless. Be prepared to switch barbers.💈🔥

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Michael for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Every visit is consistent—sharp cuts, clean fades, and attention to every small detail. He takes the time to listen to what I want, but also gives great suggestions when I’m looking for something new. The shop is always welcoming, the conversation is easy, and you can tell they genuinely care about their craft. Whether it’s a quick cleanup or a full transformation, I leave the chair looking and feeling my best every single time. Highly recommend!

Just got a mullet and beard trim from Your New Barber and I’m stoked with the results. These folks know what they’re doing — super knowledgeable, friendly, and it’s got that laid-back local neighborhood vibe that makes you want to keep coming back. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do and who they serve. All hair types welcome, good convo, good people, great cuts. Highly recommend.

From the very first haircut, I received with Joe in the beginning of 2024 my experience at your new barber shop has been everything I’ve expected about this place. All the barbers are elite, respectful and professional. Joe has been my barber since and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. The attitude, the professionalism and his elite skills has me coming back every week and not only for myself but I bring my son as well. It a great family establishment for anyone looking for an experience Barber here in San Francisco. Please take the time to look up his work and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
