HIGHLY RECOMMEND...Savy's a great owner pays very close attention to details, not only for her clients but also other barbers clients. Talent at its finest.

Savy Ho and her crew are best barbers in San Francisco. I have been going to her for 3 years and it’s truly the best and most consistent haircut I’ve gotten in my lifetime. Her attention to detail and layering of my hair is unmatched. The shop makes you feel like you’re at home and offers free drinks / snacks. Highly recommend

This place is a SUCH a great time. Savvy and the crew here are super fun, conversational, and of course give the best haircuts. Never had more fun in a barbershop than here, highly recommend for anyone

Haircut by Gustavo was GREAT - unfortunately you have to sit there and listen to the owner of the shop spew toxic republican talking points LOUDLY the entire haircut. Barbershops are supposed to be a safe haven and a spot for guests to chill, talk sports, watch tv maybe, and chat with their barbers and anyone else. Being put in a position where you have to sit there and listen to the dumbest talking points of all time (literally its like i was listening to a Facebook post from a 80 year republican who thought the AI video they watched last night was real). Its a real shame for the talented barbers there that they are going to lose business because the owner Savvy has to repeat these hateful words and talking points. Great haircut ruined by bad, awkward, vibes and annoying owner. Probably wont come back and neither will my friends

I took my son here because they offered "junior" hair cuts and my husband had had good experiences -- but the haircut he got was so bad I had to go to another salon and get it fixed. His hair was completely lop-sided and the guy didn't even touch the back of it -- nor did he ask if we wanted anything fixed at the end. I asked several times during the cut if he was going to cut the back and he never did. It was just so bad-- our son got comments from people about who had done the cut and I made sure they knew where it had come from and to avoid this place for junior cuts. Just go to Prep Hair Salon -- it's not even as expensive and a million times better.

Jessica, apologies for my barbers, just bring your boys back to me. I’ll take care of them. No need to destroy my hard earned small business, refugee camp, and Minnesota grown and San Francisco’s Marina bs. I got your back and your cool kids. Show some love. Stop being a Karen. Your husband told me that he hates it.

Walked in as it was close to our hotel. Asked for a 1/2 blade but got the bare clippers. Trimmed my mo as well, but then charged me USD$100 for the lot!! I'm a balding 52yo guy that obviously paid the "tourist tax" (Australian). My fault as I should have asked for a price first.

Unprofessional. I booked in advance with Savy Ho because I wanted a haircut from her but she called me the day of to cancel on me because I hadn’t booked with her before. When she asked if I had booked with her so I said no but I want a haircut from her then she insisted I get a haircut from another barber. I asked for his Instagram profile so I can see his work, but I heard her ask if he had an Instagram then hand him the phone. When I asked to speak with her he said she’s busy with a client. I didn’t feel comfortable getting pushed to a different barber. This is the unprofessional behavior that makes finding a barber hard. If you don’t want new clients don’t open your calendar to new people. Giving you 2 stars because you may be a good barber, but you don’t manage appointments well and never viewed your barber’s instagram portfolio. Honestly I hate to leave this review but others should be aware before booking.

The moment I came in the beautiful owner gifted me And the homies a few beers and they were all very nice, very inviting. It was a very great community. My boy who's coming in to get a buzz cut came out very happy And we all came out with new friends 100% recommend this place.

Utilised this barber while on holidays in the area. (From Australia) was a walk in and first time here. Sign out front said walk in welcome. Unfamiliar with store. The lady at the first booth grunted at me and spoke with attitude cause I was standing waiting to see what I needed to do for a haircut and no appointment. Barber I had did a good job was just a short back and sides (military look) tidy up from last haircut 4 weeks prior. $65 convert to Australian is $100 I felt was steep. I also didn’t look at prices before hand so my fault. But for others maybe look first. Much cheaper mens options around. No razor shave offered, no hot towel or wipe down and no offer of styling. Which is fine but if you advertise and charge that much you should be doing it or at least offering.

A great find for a barbershop in SF, combining friendly atmosphere, modern comfort, moderate pricing with great quality service. If you enjoy a casual beer, than this is definitely the place for you, as it comes complimentary. The hot towel and shampoo wash are also a welcomed bonus!
