Went online to the Mission St location to book an appointment. Booked a time with the owner Jay, put in cc info and received a confirmation email. Noticed the confirmation email listed an address across town by the marina. A second location was not mentioned during the online booking process. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone at the Mission street location so I called the marina location and was told the owner is not taking anymore appointments today even though I had already received a confirmation email. Total shit show

I made an appointment but when I arrived the shop was closed and when I called they said that it should be open. I wasn’t seen for another hour. Once I sat down I showed multiple photos of what I wanted and told Cesar (King) to only trim half an inch. He was very scissor happy and randomly cut my hair so it’s now uneven with parts cut more than two inches. A terrible experience from a barber who clearly didn’t want to work or have any technique

I got my haircut with the Nicaraguan guy “el nicoya “, amazing barber, he got drinks for the clients and he is fast but effective. Guy’s name is Cesar 💪🏻🔥

Megan did an excellent job cutting my hair, She is so sweet and has such an inviting personality. I haven’t got a haircut in years. She washed and blow dried me, Did a hair treatment and added some layers. My overall results are amazing 10 out of 10, but I can only give five stars!

I got my hair cut, colored AND styled by Tycelee, and I was blown away by how amazing the whole process was! I had no idea I had textured hair, but I left most of the decision making about the haircut (besides the general idea of what I wanted) to her, and she really brought my hair to life! I absolutely loved my experience with Tycelee and will definitely be coming back here for all my hairstyle needs!

Best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Jacob will get you RIGHT. After the first haircut I got from him, I knew I’d go to him for all my haircuts. His scissor work is art and takes the extra step in every way to make your cut look flawless. I always get a mid taper and it rocks everytime. Definitely worth the money.

Got an awesome cut by Jay, very detailed with the bald high fade and he's definitely dedicated to making sure the cut is on point! Definitely made me feel at home, it's a friendly, chill, and cozy spot to get a cut at. I'm from Alameda and It's definitely worth the trip, Jay will officially be my barber from now on! Thank you for the awesome cut and chill vibes!

This was my son’s first haircut. He loved it, he just needs to work on being able to sit in the chair without moving so much 🤦🏽♀️😂 Fitz is the barber who cut his hair. He was patient with my son, even though at the end my son started getting ansy. He did exactly what I asked for and it looked better than I thought. I don’t even live in the City, but I do plan on bringing my son back.
