Gem of a place for men whose professions demand a consistent look, casual, or professional. Nigel, the owner, cut my hair the last time. Today it was Hooch. Each barber is master class. Hooch knew exactly what I needed. Very happy with the results.

Just happened to be in the "City" visiting from Sacramento and needed a haircut. I happened to be walking by Pro-Style on my way to my hotel just a block or two down. I called and scheduled an appointment with Nigel and he accomedated me right away. Hands down, this is the best haircut I have ever had !!! Nigel was pleasant, friendly, professional, and knew right away what I needed. If you are in the area, give them a call. You won't be disappointed, but you'll regret it if you don't. Pro-Style is my go-to barber from now on whenever visiting the "City." Thanks Nigel!!! -Marc

Great experience! I came right before closing and Nigel was fantastic. Oldest barbershop in the financial district. Do yourself a favor and get a cut while in town!

Nigel deserves more than 5 stars. This is hands down one of the coolest barbershops I’ve ever been too. Nigel has given me the best haircuts that I’ve ever had. Amazing shows on the TVs, huge selection of magazines, and great conversation. If you are reading this call and get the best cut in the bay!

Highly recommend Nigel at Pro-Style! I've been a long time customer and this review is long overdue. Nigel not only gives fantastic cuts, foam neck shaves, little back rubs, has the best prices you can find in SF, but he is a stand up guy and good friend. Always a great conversation with laughs and friendly time at Pro-Style. Go check him out and help out the business!!

Seriously the best barbershop in the City, hands-down. Nigel is awesome. I get asked all the time where I get my hair cut, I’m always happy to send people here. Nigel is really experienced and it shows, not only does my hair look great the day it’s cut, but it grows out really well too. They’re taking Covid precautions too - you wear a mask, he wears a face shield, everything is sanitized, and best of all they only schedule 1 person at a time, so you get a completely private haircut. Love this place!

Called ahead to ask if they cut long hair and beard, they said yes no problem. I get home and look closer to find my beard and neck are not even cleaned up or lined up right. Seemed like he was in a hurry, I had to ask him to even clean up the sides and back of my neck. I called with plans to go back in and have him make it right he got irate and started making excuses that he had customers waiting blah blah and wouldn’t let me speak before yelling and hanging up on me. Worst haircut I’ve ever had, would not recommend this place.
