I’ve been a patron here since they opened, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. My barber, Andrea, is always so warm and welcoming, and seeing her is genuinely a highlight of my month. Her cuts are consistent, and she’s great with feedback. I’ve also had a few cuts from Audra and Judea, both are super skilled and just as personable. Highly recommend this place.

I have been going to the Little Sparrow Salon and Barber since they opened, and their staff is wonderful and I always get compliments from my friends and co-workers after my hair cuts. I am so very grateful to them. Judea the owner always finds a way to accommodate my busy schedule. I would highly recommend Little Sparrow Salon.

I can’t say enough good things about Andrea at Little Sparrow Salon. She’s hands down the best stylist I’ve ever gone to — and somehow still insanely affordable. She’s so friendly and genuinely fun to chat with, which makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. The salon itself is adorable, cozy, and super welcoming. I actually look forward to my haircut every few months because it’s always such a great experience. Highly recommend Andrea if you want a stylist who’s talented, warm, and makes you feel completely at ease

I love having such a cute hair salon right in my neighborhood! The space is welcoming, stylish, and has a great vibe. Little Sparrow has a lot of personality and very chill, with many good stylists there. Andrea has cut and styled my hair many times now. I always feel lifted when I see the result. Perfect and still looking good as it grows between visits. Love it there. Judea keeps it so pretty.

Great experience with Judea. Grew my hair out for the first time and she showed me how to style my hair. Also, demonstrated how to use two products to make my hair withstand the SF wind and look good. I love how she cut my hair and tapered the back. Thank you Judea!

I went to Little sparrow on a whim when my hairstylist canceled our appointment last minute. It was the best decision I could have made! I got my haircut with Keely, and she did such a great job, asking questions and making sure I got the cut that I was looking for. We also had great conversation throughout – I can’t wait to go back!!

This salon is the best I’ve found in SF. I never received regular compliments on my hair until Judea gave me a bob, and now random strangers will stop me to ask where I got my hair cut. Everyone I’ve met at the salon has been kind and professional. Highly recommend coming here! Edited to add: When Judea isn’t available, Andrea has cut my hair. She’s equally spectacular. Her demeanor is warm and friendly, and I never feel rushed. The cut she gives me is always exactly what I asked for with a lovely finishing touch. Definitely feel confident booking Andrea!

KATIE made my hair dreams come true! After living in Hawai'i for sixteen years and moving to SF, I struggled to find someone who worked weekends. For years, I ended up squeezing in haircuts while traveling for work or on vacation in places like Columbus, New Orleans, and even straight off the beach in Hawaii (sand still in my hair)! When I booked with Katie, everything changed. I brought in an inspiration photo, and she not only nailed it but elevated it. She really listened to my concerns, worked her magic, and before I knew it, I was walking out with my absolute dream haircut- perfectly timed for my 40th birthday celebration right after my appointment.
