I paid $40 for a men’s haircut and it was unfinished and careless. The barber rushed through it in just a few minutes with almost no detailing and no wash. The fade/blending was incomplete, and when I checked the back afterward it was uneven and not properly cleaned up or leveled. For $40, this is not acceptable quality. I want a refund.

Every time I give them a picture so they can give me a haircut like that, but they never cut my hair like the picture, and it's also very expensive. I don't recommend anyone get their hair cut there.

I have been cutting my hair with Annie for 7 years now. I moved to San Bruno and was looking for a new barber and coincidentally Annie had just opened her shop. I have been a loyal customer since due to Annie’s kindness and warmth.

Amazing. Annie has been cutting my hair for AT LEAST 10 years now and it’s a delight a pleasure that she now has her own store front. The other barbers at the location are skilled and kind and I gladly get my hair cut from them as well.

Needed a quick cut before a wedding. This place ended up being the best haircut I’ve ever had. And it was cheap compared to most other places I’ve been. Wasn’t expecting much. I believe it was Annie’s assistant. Very Detail oriented and even offered a free eyebrow trim.

Do not hesitate to chose this place. Don’t let the price fool you, this isn’t any mediocre haircut service, they do an amazing job. Its so hard to find good barbers in the bay area, but they do a fantastic job and take the time to understand what the client wants and shapes your hair as many times as you please. All barbers are great here. They know how to cut asian hair btw.

I’ve been coming to Annie’s for over two years now, and the service is always top-tier. I visit every three weeks, and Jessica is my go-to barber. She consistently does an amazing job with my haircut and facial hair requests, paying close attention to detail. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere, and all the barbers greet you with a smile and are super attentive, ensuring you feel comfortable and well taken care of. This is my usual barber shop I'd go to, they offer the best deal vs what you get. I have a pretty basic cut so they do an excellent job with it. I usually just call ahead of time before I go to see if there is a wait. Most of the time there isn't and I am in and out within 30min. I have had Sean/Jason/Annie cut my hair and all of them have done great, although Annie does charge 5$ more than her counterparts.
