I was reading the comments regarding to other clients that got a haircut requesting a specific type of haircut and not getting what they asked for. I had to try for myself and experienced the same thing I asked for a low fade and I got a high fade, which was not what I wanted. I just paid and walked out. That was my first time there. I don’t think I’ll be back.

We always encourage clients to let us know during the service if something doesn’t feel right so we can correct it immediately. There are too many good things to say about this place so ima do my best to keep it as short as possible. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is very contemporary. Michael is my primary barber for me and my son, but honestly from what I've seen all the barbers have some real skills and you will not be disappointed by any means. I like the attention to detail and how you explain what type of cut you want is what you get. A side note I left my old place that I went to for 2 years and I don't regret my decision at all. Thank you for all your hard work keep it up, shout out to every one who works there.

The best spot in riverside for a haircut the who team will get you right. Ask for my boy chepe he always got the right cut for you

Came in as a walk in for my son and was told there was 2 customers ahead of us. We waited about 45 mins and were done in about 30 mins. Staff was friendly and were detailed oriented about the specifics of his haircut. We will be coming back.

I came in here with my son and I ask who can take him and a guy named Alan took him I asked for a low fade and he gave him a pretty high fade it looked like he was doing drugs and just not professional this was a couple weeks ago but I will never be taking him here no more don’t cut your hair with Alan

It was my first time and the last. the interior was good and the barbers didn't really say anything and looked mad. I spent around $40 for the haircut. I asked for a low fade with a textured crop and I walked out with a freaking buzz cut.

Masters of their craft. I have been coming to Empire Barber Club since 2016 and they have never disappointed. Even when they hire new talent, the barbers show great quality work. Highly recommend this barbershop 💈

The first time I went there, although he did a good job, the barber didn't give me the cut I asked for. I asked for a buzz and a line up. He gave me a number 2. And it took close to an hour. I had somewhere to be so I just paid and left. I went back a second time since the barber didn't do bad. I get there around 12:40. The barber says there are about to leave. I ask him for lunch, he says the rest if the day. I tell him that it says that you guys closed around 5. His reply was, and I kid you not, "it's lowkey a Monday". Clearly they don't want money. Not coming back.

Berny is the go to for all high quality haircuts. The atmosphere is amazing and a very welcomed business. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years and never had a problem. Never a doubt for anything lower than a 5 star. Thank you for your business and services. Keep up the good work!
