I've had my last five haircuts done by Brenna, she's so good at it. She's done it exactly how I want it every time. I recently moved to US and I've had Brenna cut my hair every time, I don't think I'll change that.

The haircut was terrible. The master is a beginner, it was necessary to make a simple men’s haircut to remove a little on the side. Something terrible came out of it. The master’s hands are shaking and he doesn’t know what to do.

If you ever want a layered look, Cindy is your girl. I showed her an inspo pic and she knew exactly how to do it. It came so great I love it. I’ve gotten so many compliments on already too

I just moved to America and have tried many barbers, but none were as kind and attentive as this place. Brenna, the lady who cut my hair, was incredibly patient and understanding even though my English isn’t very good. Thank you so much for your kindness! I’ll recommend this place to all my friends and anyone I meet. If you live in California and need a haircut, don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect—this shop speaks the universal language of love. And thanks to ChatGPT for translating my words into English... 😆

I booked Gladis to style my hair for my wedding and I could not have asked for a better experience. My hair held up perfectly all night. Gladis did not have many openings today but waiting for her was completely worth it. She is professional, talented, and really listens to what you want. I am so glad I trusted her and I will definitely be coming back.

0 stars. Never coming back. I booked an appointment with Karlo after the receptionist went on and on about how great he was, especially for the cut I wanted. I thought I was in good hands, but wow, was I wrong. I got there on time, but he was still finishing up with someone else, so I had to wait. Fine, I get it, no big deal. But when he finally got to me, he was kind of rude and barely acknowledged what I wanted. I showed him a reference picture, and he barely looked at it before saying he could do it. When he finished, I looked in the mirror and just… wow. It was nothing like the picture, and honestly, it was just bad. I was pretty upset, so I went up to the cashier and told her how disappointed I was. She offered to have him fix it, but I didn’t want him anywhere near my hair at that point. I asked for a refund, and she gave me $8 off. Seriously? After all that, that’s the best they could do? I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. It wasn’t just the haircut, it was the attitude, the rushed service, and the total lack of care. I won’t be back

I went for an undercut and a trim 3 days ago and was assisted by Jeremy C and I didn’t realize until I put my hair up yesterday how absolutely ridiculous and crooked the left side is. I came to this barbershop as a recommendation from my brother so this was a huge disappointment. Not worth the money AT ALL. When he finished cutting my hair he put it down and didn’t even show me the back but because it’s Pasadena and the price isn’t cheap I didn’t even question it. I definitely should’ve checked but you should do a better job. So difficult to find a decent stylist. $50 for this? And no that didn’t include style/dry. Terrible.
