I just had one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. I asked for a low taper because I didn’t want my hair cut too short, but the barber cut it very randomly and didn’t follow what I asked for. They also only accepted cash and didn’t even have a hair dryer. When he finished, he said it looked good, but it really didn’t. I was polite and left, but I definitely won’t be going back.

Great place to get your haircut. Friendly and professional and they always listen to your hair and beard needs to get the job done. Would highly recommend this for the best haircut. All barbers there are great, but ask for Richie, he’ll hook you up.

I have been getting my hair cut here for over 10 years. These guys are great. Great value in a haircut in a location convenient downtown Palo Alto. Recommended.

these guys are amazing! I’ve gotten a haircut with a few of them and they are all very very good! Just today i went to get a haircut with Ron and he killed it. Everytime he does an absolute banger job

Great haircut I didn't get the barbers name but I would go back. He made sure he understood what I wanted before starting and was very kind. FYI though this place is cash only no card

Ron is an exceptional barber whose skill and expertise are immediately apparent. I have been a regular client of Ron's for years, and each time, I am impressed by his ability to make me look my best, even with a receding hairline :) His ability to consistently deliver sharp, stylish haircuts, regardless of hair challenges, is a testament to his mastery. I had an excellent experience with Richard: we had a lovely chat during the whole cut, but more importantly, he listened to all my requests and made sure I got what I wanted, even when my instructions were not 100% clear. He asked me for a picture from my last haircut and he got right all the main features. Will visit him again!

Easy walk in, great haircut. Managed my three year old well for a haircut. Was surprised by $45 for a haircut without a neck shave, hot towel, or beer. Then again I'm visiting and not used to Palo Alto prices. Would recommend. Would visit again.

I put this start because the costumer service is good but my problem with this places is the prices and quality of the haircuts. They charge me 60 dollars for lower my bear and lower the sides without cutting the top hair and my hairline too. But they only used the peeling machine for everything and not even the knives to give a good finish to the peeling. I never come back to this place because for that price I can look like a king in another barbershop.
