Barber chopped off about 5 inches of my hair when I specifically gave him directions to NOT touch it all. I just came in for a touch up trim. I was growing my hair out to donate it for cancer patients. Not going back ever again nor would I recommend to anyone

The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a stylist named Adrian (sorry if i spelt it wrong) who was ready for me immediately! I love how fast he worked on my much needed haircut and felt very happy there! Great environment too! Will be returning!

I came here when this place opened. I stopped going due to my schedule. Recently I went back and the quality of cuts has not changed. The staff is very friendly and they make you look good. It is a very popular shop now so I recommend you make an appointment. They still take walk ins but if you don't like to wait so much then make an appointment. It is cash only but they take electronic payments like Zelle. Haircuts are $25 compared to some other places that charge $30 or $40. Come thru you won't be disappointed.

Haircut was great, but more importantly, these guys have good hearts. Another patron passed out in his chair from dehydration and stress, and these guys immediately jumped in to make sure he was okay. Checked his pulse, gave him water, reclined him, and started to call the paramedics. Thankfully the issue passed and the patron was feeling a lot better, but the barbershop insisted he wait a bit in their shop to make sure he was safe to drive and feeling okay. Really nice to see folks take care of each other 🙂

I’m really annoyed I wasn’t helped. I scheduled an appointment for 12:30pm Sat., because I’m town to visit family and I have a limited time window. I was told “please be here at 12:30pm and I’ll come out and grab you.” Well I waited for 20 minutes outside in 93 degree weather to not be helped. When I called no one answered the phones. I’m really confused as to why I was told, “be here at 12:30pm and we’ll come grab you” to not be greeted or helped. Why are they blacking out their windows and locking the door as if they don’t want to be seen?? Even the “We’ll Return At” sign said 12:15pm! Also it may show “temporarily closed” on the window, but there is also a sign saying “during covid they only schedule by appointment”. I researched this place online and multiple reviewers have experienced behaviors like this. To guys it’s important to have a barber you can trust and who will remember you, but you won’t get that here. Worst barber experience I’ve ever had, stay away!

This place is great. Gary, Junior, Edgar, and any of the others always do a great job. Abel owns the place and is the Big Dog, but he doesn't employ barbers who can't do a great fade. It can be busy with long waits during peak times (weekends, Friday afternoons, etc.), but what do you expect from someplace that offers a quality service?

I don't have much experience with barbershops so all I'm saying is that they're okay as far as I'm concerned. That's not a good or bad thing, that's just right up the middle okay 👍 The price seems very reasonable. I don't particularly care for all of the cursing, but that comes with the young territory, I guess. I go here to get my beard taken care of. I'm already bald. The quality of the cut is great even though I get somebody different each time, it seems. (UPDATE 2-23-19) I've gone here now for several beard cuts and I have to say that I'm really pretty happy. Friendly place. I've settled in with the barber Edward who helped me out with the style and cutting it in right. It's still missing that classic old school barber feel when you're in the chair though. Gentlemen: I CANNOT express this to you enough. If you're going to be cutting men's (I say men's) beards, PLEASE GET SOME BEARD PRODUCTS. Some wax, balm, oil, jelly... you know for the neck and bald head after ripping the hair off of it. I'm not talking about the top of the line product we may use at home - but something! It's not going to kill you, it will go a long way to help your reviews, and it will justify a price increase and or help get bigger tips.

Be prepared to wait if you're trying to freshen up on a Friday for the weekend. Try going during the week if possible. Tommy has been taking care of my hair ever since I found out about this place. Very thorough and deliberate, and you can tell he takes his time. He's not trying to cut you up in 15 mins so he can squeeze in more people. This is straight up quality over quantity. Always clean lines and fades. Single razor perfection to keep you nice and fresh, and a price that can't be beat ($16). That's how much a damn movie ticket costs nowadays

They consistently do a great job on my boys' hair. I would recommend them to anyone. Much better than those specialty kids shops.

If you're looking for a barbershop with more than just two or three barbers working at one time, this is the place! They are always busy but service is quick and on-point. They take both walk-ins and if you want to pay a few dollars more, make an appointment. I've had my haircut by four different people and am satisfied each time. Note: LGBTQ friendly.
