Van always delivers a clean, precise cut every time — he really pays attention to detail. The atmosphere in the shop is chill and professional, and he makes sure you leave looking sharp. Easily the best barber I’ve ever been to.

It’s been 6 years and I have been coming to Sue and Van religiously. They are very sweet and talented barbers. Everyone is a regular because we value the service they provide. Very fairly priced, comfortable atmosphere, and quality but. 10/10

I’ve been only a couple of times but they’re fast and professional . They do exactly what I ask for and how I ask for it. Definitely a benefit to this neighborhood

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely the worse haircut I’ve ever received and I’ve never seen less attention given by the barber to try and make the haircut look good. I scheduled a 30 minute haircut with Van. He then proceeded to rush through the haircut as fast as possible, taking the 4 guard too far up the side of my head and leaving untrimmed areas with the scissors. The entire haircut took about 8 minutes - why did I pay for 30? I would never come back here again. Van did the cut as fast as possible with very little communication during the cut and he had no concept of how to shape the cut properly for my head. For $35 I would expect more than 8 minutes of work and some attention give to where to use the trimmer rather than blindly cutting up the side of my head.

VAN IS THE MAN! Skin fade, trim the top is my go-to style. Van always does it well. He's fast and efficient, and he gives a nice tight haircut. Van at Top Cut is one of the only shops that not only still takes walk-ins but also its good value. Every other barber shop is appointment only and charging $50+ for a cut. I don't need the barber with the sleeve tats, I don't need the whiskey and fancy pomade. I just want to straight forward quick cut. Van delivers every time. Also, bring cash!

Tiny (2-chair) local place with a cool vibe and friendly stylists who do a good job. They play good music, too. I plan to become a regular.

I get my haircut every 1.5 - 2 weeks. I've been going to Van for the past few months. He does a decent job, the cost ($16) and location were very convenient. I went in today for a haircut and when it was time to pay I was informed that the owner, Harvey, had increased the price of a fade from $16 to $23! Not only was I not informed of this prior to getting my hair cut, but that's over a 43% increase for the same service I've been getting! Meanwhile, the gentleman in the chair next to me had a "precision cut" and was only charge $16! This will absolutely be the last time that I return to Top Cut.
