At first, I was very disappointed. They are capable barbers when it comes to the newer styles. Older styles seem to perplex them. The barber I got was incapable of cutting my hair properly. Another barber took over and did get it right. I was very grateful and gave her a good tip. I will be going back there!

So I made an appointment the other day at 2:00 pm for my boyfriend last minute because his usual barber was booked. When my boyfriend got there at 2 he was told that the girl I made an appointment with on the phone was his barber and that she was on her lunch break and was barely on her way back. The barber there then told him the customer who got there before him would go first despite my boyfriend having an appointment. My boyfriend waited an hour to get his haircut from a different barber because the girl wasn't back yet. Midway through his haircut she arrives and the other customer had already left. At the end of his haircut the barber didn't apply alcohol to the back of his head and now his skin is irritated with razor bumps. I was really disappointed because I saw the good reviews but now we won't try it again.

I don't recommend anyone coming here! Really big guy with glasses completely ruined my hair. Asked for a mid-fade with a 1/2 size, hard part, & trim off the top. Mid-fade was completely uneven all around my head. Hard part line was crooked and NOT the way I wanted. & the guy didn't even trim anything off the top. I was extremely disappointed. Never coming here again

Great barber 💈 my husband really liked his haircut, especially since we are from out of town and didn't know where to go! This is the place to go! Very friendly staff also. All around great barbers

As an ex-Norwalk resident I must say that that city was easy overdue for a great barber shop like this one. This is one location of several. And the people that work here are amazing specially, Irma, who works miracles on my toddler.

I been here multiple times. Good service. But there is times I tried to get a haircut. First thing in the morning. They have a sign that says open at 8am. I always get here at 8am and wait for 30 min and the place is still closed. If you are going to say you open at 8am be here at 8am.

Friendly atmosphere. They had a movie playing on a flat screen for waiting customers. But my favorite thing has to be how much attention the barbers pay to their work. My 5 year old line up is super on point. And no hidden fees. The sign says 10 dollars and that's how much it was.
