The staff that greeted me were extremely kind, so this isn’t geared towards them. My 1 star is specifically for the barber I had. I had an appointment with Andres. He was 20 minutes behind on schedule and when he finally got to me he didn’t even apologize for being late. When I finally sat down on his chair it took him a few minutes to get started because he was on his phone. The only reason why I stayed is because I really needed a haircut today, otherwise I would’ve left and took my business elsewhere. The lack of professionalism just left a sour taste and I don’t think I’ll be back

I took my son to get a haircut and Carlos took care of him, made him feel comfortable, and gave him the best haircut. If you go in request a haircut with Carlos!!!😊

Will isn’t just a great barber he’s someone who truly cares about his clients. From the moment I sat in his chair, he made me feel heard and not alone with what I was going through. He gave me a clean, confident haircut that had me walking out feeling like a new person, but what stood out even more was the way he listened, gave thoughtful advice, and treated me with kindness. It’s rare to find someone who can boost your look and your spirit at the same time. If you’re looking for more than just a haircut, go to Will you’ll walk out feeling better inside and out.

I have been exclusively making appointments with Scott for about 2-3 years now. He is so consistent and uses his own judgement when the client is unsure. He has an innate sense of knowing what haircut will look good on a person, taking in account for: face shape, head shape, and the client's needs. Scott will stop several times to show progress and ask if any tweaks need to be made on the spot. I'm at the point now where I trust him to just cut my hair and I give zero input. He will work with you and respect you as a person if you do the same. Props to the only barber that I've continually come back to over and over. Attention to detail, punctuality, and a no-strings-attached attitude are among some of Scott's best traits. I never write reviews for anything, but Scott has gone above and beyond to make sure my his work exceeds my own personal high standards. Kudos and I'll be a client of his indefinitely.

Fresh Kutz. Enough said. The fades I’ve gotten here have always been tight and on the money. Scott’s been my go-to barber but the whole crew there are all pros. I’m glad they are both dog friendly and bike friendly!

Been going to fresh kutz and getting cut by my guy Scott for about 2 years now. Only white man I’ve ever let cut me in my life ! Always good vibes, good conversation, and a friendly atmosphere at this shop, from everybody. Idk what some of these reviews talking about but I’ve never felt racist vibes or got a bad cut once.

One of the worst cuts of my adult life. I made a reservation with one barber but he was busy so I ended up with the guy that clearly nobody wanted to make a reservation with. I got a cut and beard trim. Check the photos and tell me if this is a good haircut/shave or not. Smdh

I went in as a walk in… the guy said someone will be you shortly. I was fine with that Then another walk in comes in after me, and a barber opened up his chair for him and told everyone in the shop, he go have to wait… Now I’m from Louisiana, just tryna get a cut but I know discrimination when I see it… maybe I just caught everyone at a bad time.. but that was inexcusable and I’ll never be here again…

Here at Fresh Kutz we try our best to accommodate all of our guest accordingly that walk in our doors. This is a Minority owned business so any form of discrimination is not tolorated by any means. Unfortunately today we where short on staff and had a booked appointment schedule for the barbers working. Called to book an appointment with Mike but even though he did mention he was booked for the rest of the day still he was nice enough and willing to take my son in for a cut if he had any cancellations. He also did kindly recomended that I could still bring in my friend and that someone would kindly take care of him as a walk in besides the fact that we called in on a short noticeso that was pretty nice. I LOVE THE SPOT IT IS SUPER Organized AND CLEAN THEY HAVE NEW FURNITURE APPLIANCES AND GREAT RELAXING MUSIC. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT STILL HAVE YET TO SEE HOW MY SONS HAIRCUT WILL TURN OUT BUT SO FAR SO GOOD.
