Absolutely amazing experience. He really added that extra touch and paid attention to every detail, making sure everything was perfect. I was in town on business and needed a trim. The person who did it where I live didn’t do a great job. Scheduling was easy. I got a great trim but more importantly, I got a lesson on how to use oils and lotions to improve my skin. Been using a few days and my beard isn't itchy. Chad also took the time to actually check in and follow up. He'd be my guy if I lived here. I will use him again when I am out here. I will also get my beard and oil supplies from him since he took the time to explain things. Great experience!

First time customer and I am a believer. I showed up 15 minutes late due to a medical appointment. Chad was super understanding and he still took his time going 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment. He was thorough and meticulous ensuring I was satisfied and worked to perfection. Additionally, Chad provided expert expertise and guidance with my grooming care. I highly recommend the nose and ear waxing (wasn't as bad as I expected since I was a wax virgin) straight razor shave was fantastic as well. Most importantly it passed the wife check and now insists I stay a customer for life lol.

Chad is the REAL DEAL. Every other barber that's ever trimmed my beard either A left me mad due to it looking like crap. Or B was just acceptable. Chad took his time and is very skilled. He left my beard looking the best it ever has. I definitely found my go to beard barber. 1000% would definitely recommend. You definitely get what you pay for. THE BEST.

I had an excellent experience! I came in for a haircut and beard trim, and my son got his haircut as well. The barber was professional, attentive, and really took his time to make sure every detail was just right. My haircut and beard trim turned out perfectly, and my son walked out smiling with a fresh cut he loved. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was top-notch, and it’s clear he truly cares about his clients. We both left looking sharp and feeling great. Let me start with the customer service, probably the best experience ever! I mean, Chad delivers a high level of customer service that makes you feel like you have known the guy for years. His barber shop (pop-up style set up at DDE HQ) was not complete but he still made an amazing first impression because he was still able to perform a truly professional cut and trim just as if he was in his usual barber shop environment. The cost was very reasonable and well worth the experience. Chad also offers his own product line at reasonable price! Next, the ambiance, there’s a Porsche right next to me as I’m am getting my hair cut and beard trim and a Lamborghini Revuelto about 20 feet away sitting outside just chillin, how cool is that? If you are an exotic cars enthusiast this is the best way to get a great cut and trim from Chad, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
