Booked an appointment and got a couple of confirmation text. I showed up and no one was here. I waited about ten minutes and no one came. What a waste of time smh

I've been a client of Nat for little over a year, and I can confidently say that she is exceptional. More than just a skilled stylist, she's an amazing person who genuinely cares about her clients. She consistently delivers top notch haircuts with incredible attention to detail. Beyond the amazing fades and trims, she creates a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued. Her ability to foster connections and build a sense of community sets her apart. Highly recommend!

Best barbers in the game. Legacy Barber Shop delivers clean cuts, great vibes, and real attention to detail. The team is skilled, consistent, and takes pride in their work. The shopās always welcoming and professional without losing that laid-back energy. Highly recommended.

We love this barbershop! All the barbers are friendly. I bring my son in who is 8yo and he loves these guys. We have been seen by Ty as our regular barber and he does an awesome job on me and my son. Nat always greets my son by name, we canāt recommend any of them enough. All the barbers and even their clients are super welcoming to anyone coming in and it feels like theyāre a family. The stories you hear the barbers and clients discuss makes you feel like you're in the movie Barbershop. They still pay as much attention to my son as they do their adult clients and Iām so incredibly grateful. They always get exactly what he wants!

Been coming to Legacy Barbershop for little over a year now just cause of Nat and her work with my hair (curly) she always been attentive and makes sure im always satisfied how its cut at the end of my appointment. We all like a barber who is friendly and cares about the customer and listens to my concerns. Legacy Barbershop as a whole has amazing service and been friendly with me and others from my personal experience. Highly recommend this barbershop to anyone looking for a top tier service.

Do not waste your time! Last month, I made an appointment and when I arrived, the guy was already with another client. He said heād attend to me quickly ā 30 minutes later, I said I was leaving. He very politely asked me to wait and promised he was almost done, so I waited another 10 minutes and then he finally finished. Today, the same thing happened again but with a different employee. When we arrived, he was just starting with another client and said heād be done in 15 minutes. Guess what? I waited 30 minutes and he was nowhere near done. They do not take their clients seriously and clearly have no respect for our time. Never coming back!

Been getting my hair cut by Nat for the past 8 months, and honestly, sheās the reason Iāve stopped cheating on barbers. I usually get a shadow fade, and she nails it every single time- super precise, never rushed, and always patient. If youāre tired of haircut roulette and just want someone who gets it, Natās your person. Highly recommend!

Moving to the Bay and having to find a new barber after leaving my barber of 8 years was not fun but when I found legacy barbershop and Nat, I was happy because she was very welcoming and gave an excellent service. I have gone multiple times and each time it has always been excellent service. Legacy barbershop and Nat are the best around. 10/10 recommend.

Called on Friday asking to book a haircut appointment with a shave for Saturday. Asked twice if they would have enough time for both. I was assured that both would be possible and booked an appointment for the next day. I texted the main number with my name and appointment time. It was with Anthony, do not get a haircut from him walk away. His chair had hair in it, and I booked an 8:15am appointment. That means it was from the day before. The barber cape was also full of hair. This should have been a red flag and walked away. At the end I asked for a hard line for my comb over...you can be the judge of how well he did it from my pictures...had the opacity to call it a design and charge me the extra $5. Overall very low hygiene, and sloppy/lazy and general lack of care in trying to deliver a positive experience. He also did not have time for the shave and had to leave without getting one as his next appointment was already waiting. Something else that felt really awkward was how his chair sits at an angle. Idk if it's just me but I felt tense the whole time trying to work against the incline. To the owner Teray, please make sure your employees are giving the service you want your business to be know for. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is because Natalie, or I believe that's her name, did a good job on my 1st visit. I was expecting the same service this time...service should not change because I booked with someone else...and now I have to wait until my hair grows back to correct this...saving grace is that I'm already with someone. I can only imagine the embarrassment if I was getting a haircut for a special life event...
