This place is a hidden gem in Tujunga! I've been going to over 20yrs because of the service they bring and literally top quality brakes for your car that will last forever, unlike other places you can get brakes at.

Awful business practice. I was stuck at a prior appointment that ran hours behind schedule, and went to edit my appointment/call my barber/call the barbershop. I call the phone number provided four times over the course of thirty minutes and my call was DECLINED four times. Absolutely ridiculous. Of course then they file me as a “no show” and charge my card anyways. It’s understandable to run a tight schedule, but if there is possibility for errors beyond one’s control, there should be point of contact. Friendly staff, good barbers, disgusting business practices. I will not be going back if this is how they treat their clientele. For another point of reference, I was late five minutes once and they filed as no show as well. I walked in the door as the text was sent.

Sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.<br><br>To clarify, our shop operates strictly by appointment to stay on schedule and respect every client’s time. As agreed upon during booking and in our confirmation messages, appointment changes or cancellations must be made through the booking system at least 4 hours in advance, not by phone. We do not modify appointments by phone calls or texts, especially during busy hours when barbers are actively working with clients.<br><br>When a client arrives after the start time, even by a few minutes, the system may automatically mark the appointment as a no-show if the barber has already moved on to the next client. This is not personal—it’s the only way we can remain fair and consistent to everyone booked that day.<br><br>We understand unexpected delays happen, but delays from prior appointments or other commitments are unfortunately outside our control. The no-show charge is in place specifically to protect our barbers’ time when an appointment slot goes unused.<br><br>We’re glad you found our staff and barbers friendly and skilled, and we regret that our policies didn’t align with your expectations. Our procedures are applied consistently to all clients to maintain fairness and efficiency.

I got a 70 dollar haircut today. To start, I walk in 10 minutes before my appointment and Titoe says hi to me then proceeds to go to the back and take 25 minutes out there. So he was 15 minutes late to our haircut appointment. Then Titoe gave me the worst haircut I have literally ever gotten and it looks like he even forgot to shave one of the sides. I will never be coming back to this barbershop. edited.

This is a predatory scam business. You have to pay and tip for your haircut online. When you need to modify your appointment time to another available time, the link doesn’t work. So if you can’t show up for the time you’re locked into you’re stuck paying that money twice if you make another appointment. They claim they aren’t “authorized” to modify appointment times on their end… that makes no sense, and when you call the shop they tell you it’s not their problem. I am filling out paperwork at the Glendale, La Canada and montrose chambers of commerce to file complaints about this scam since I’m not the only one I know who they’ve pulled this move on. Nobody should support a predatory business like this.

my teenage grandson has never been to a barbershop. He usually goes to a salon. I wanted him to experience a barbershop and a shave. His haircut is very nice. They applied a hot towel to his face. Excellent service and perfect cuts. Bobby cuts my sons hair and he always give them clean and fresh cuts. I've had both Julio and Kevin cut my hair. They take their time and I always look my best after they cut my hair.

I was very impressed with the end results. I’ve been trying to convince my son to get a haircut for a long time. Finally agreed to and he was very happy with his cut. Julio was very skilled and understanding of what my son wanted. The place is clean and presentation on point. Definitely come back to this place!

Rob was my barber and he paid such amazing detail to the sculpting my hair and beard. I haven't ever gotten a service like this and they really made me feel welcome and comfortable from wait to exit! I had mentioned I would wait outside until my appointment with the dog and the whole team invited me to bring him inside and was very accommodating of him as well as me! It was a very good experience and for the service I got I feel like the rate was generous.
