TL;DR: Amazing haircut, fair pricing, zero pressure, and genuinely great service! Hilda is a gem! Finally, a reasonably priced haircut (starting at $50 for women) with incredible quality and service!!! I want to start by saying that I’m very cautious about who handles any kind of cutting or styling of my hair due to prior experiences with other hairstylists. My fiancé has been getting his hair cut here since he was a kid, so clearly there are green flags all around. That being said, I usually cut my own hair. But since I wanted a change from long, straight hair to a medium-length, layered cut, I knew I wanted an expert. I reached out to Hilda, shared a reference photo of the style I was looking for, and made an appointment with her. From beginning to end, the entire experience was amazing. She talked me through her game plan and set clear expectations, which honestly made me feel incredibly comfortable and in great hands. Hilda washed my hair, made me feel at ease throughout the process of cutting and layering my long hair, and to top it all off, she shared so many helpful tips and recommendations on how to care for my hair...without trying to sell me products!!! (If you’ve ever been to a salon with a pushy stylist selling things left and right, then you know exactly what I mean) The vibes at the shop are always fun and chill. It truly feels like you’re among family, and the music is always popping. Overall, an absolutely great experience all around. This barbershop is a true family operation. They are skilled & talented, listen to your needs, and I am impressed in how they remember their clients with the many people they see. No one does a better fade than this place. If you can, give them a try. They truly deserve it!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Hilda for a while now, and she’s hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. She gives a super clean haircut and her fades are always on point. On top of her skills, she is friendly, and always makes the experience enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend Hilda if you’re looking for a barber who consistently delivers both great cuts and great vibes!
