Been goin here for about 4 months now and it's always solid. The guy knows how to cut hair right, not like those chains. Sometimes I have to wait even with appointment but it's worth it. Clean spot, friendly vibes, and the fade always on point. Only thing is they don’t take cards which is annoying but not a deal breaker.

You want a $1000 cut at a percentage of the price? Legends is where you need to be. You might not be a living legend but you will surely leave feeling like one. All the barbers have elite skills so a seat might be hard to come buy without a reserved appointment but even if you have to sit aside it’s definitely worth the wait. Vibes of the shop are on full tilt, so there’s never a dull moment. Don’t take my advice but I always book with Mike “Mizzel” Minter or as some would call him “The Hands Of God” lol. Homie cut my hair so good one time I caught the Holy Spirit. My girl saw the blend on my taper and started speaking in tongues, on god. Anything less than a 5 star review would be shameful. So book your appointment today! Disclaimer- No barbers or patrons were hurt writing this review. I was not paid or threatened to say any of these wonderful words. The thoughts and views displayed in this message are solely mine and were only influenced by the remarkable attentiveness to service I was provided at this establishment.

Walked in asked for Asked for 0 clean shave no beard no moustache just literally shave my head thats it, done a lazy job still have small patches on the back of my head and neck , didn’t clean my neck, charged me 60 ! dollars for a terrible job and for just a shave no beard no moustache! Overpriced lazy job, was to busy talking rubbish in the store to his colleagues instead of doing a good job

We came in for my visiting nephew and didn't have an appointment and the team accommodated us pretty quickly! Darin did some nice work on his hair. We'll be back the next time he's here. Also, we loved that one of the barbers has Youngstown roots, where my husband is from.

It's been a very long time since I've been to this barbershop. However, it didn't take long for me to remember what I loved about it the most. This Barber Shop is still full of hospitality and good Energies- which is all someone could really ask for while getting their haircut. Goose was my barber before, and he shall remain my barber now. He always does great work, and time goes by so quickly when working with him. I highly recommend this barber and this barbershop to anyone in the area looking for some hospitality and a great cut.

I truly appreciated the work the Reg The Barber did on me. He saw me walking down the street and handed me his card and I thought to myself, “on my next cut I’ll come by and give him a try.” I came here and literally got the best haircut of my life. I appreciated his attention to detail and his ability to take direction. I work in a service industry and need to look the same all the time, as a part of my brand. He took my brand and enhanced it. My mom said I looked good, my partner said I looked good, my co-workers said I looked good and everyone said the same thing, “whoever you went to... keep going back.” When you see the title Master Barber it’s correct and an understatement. More like barber Jedi. In terms of the in shop experience and ambiance, I will also say this: as a queer black man I’ve always been a little leery of barber shops. Growing up I’d get my hair cut in south LA; getting cut on Crenshaw all my life dealing with toxic masculinity and problematic language was par for the course. After a while, I just started going to the Korean barber shops. Here at legends; the discussion is woke, the conversations are uplifting, and I always come out of this shop feeling like a better version of myself. Come on by; ask for Reg. Really though, all of the barbers here are skilled.

Reg the barber has been cutting my hair for quite some time now. He's been my barber in NYC for years and whenever I travel to LA for business (I'm a personal chef from Atlanta) I make sure to stop in and get my cut by the best barber. He's always on time and professional and listens to his clients needs and concerns. Trust me you won't be disappointed.

I was in LA celebrating my husbands birthday this past weekend from NY. We stopped by Legends the Barbershop. My husband is very particular to his haircut and line up some barbers tend to push hairlines back. Reg the barber was very mindful of this fact and was able to follow my husbands natural hair line. My husband and I were very satisfied and if ever in LA we will be sure to go back to Legends the Barbershop. I advise you to check out Reg the barber for yourself you will not be dissatisfied.

Been coming to this shop for years now, starting when I first moved to LA! The best shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving my weekly cut from. Goose is always super professional and my haircut is constantly dope! I strong recommend this shop to anyone including all my friends. This is one of the few shops when all the barbers are great at what they do! Dope vibes!

Goose has been my barber since I moved to LA 4 years ago. His shop is one of my favorite stops each week. The people, barbers, conversation and environment are all top notch, and you never know who’s going to pop in. I met my first boss in LA sitting in Goose’s chair! No one’s pretentious, the vibe is right, and the cuts themselves are incredible. Stop by legends and see if I’m lying.
