I always look forward to my appointment with Matt! Honestly, he is the most professional barber I have found in the Hollywood / West Hollywood area. When I walk in, I immediately feel welcomed and right at home. Matt genuinely takes his time; I never feel rushed, and he uses that care to give you a five-star cut every single time. Washing my hair after the cut is just the perfect finishing touch to a premium experience. Highly, highly recommend Matt!

I always come to get my haircut from Matt here, not only does he do an amazing job every time, but he never rushes. He takes his time. I always leave feeling confident and fresh. The shop is clean, comfortable, and has a great vibe. Highly recommend this place!

Had to leave a review because my first cut from Matt was amazing! Not only did see me under short notice, he went above and beyond and made me look fresh! Great guy and great energy! When I’m back in LA I’ll be going to him again and you should too!

Matt’s been cutting my hair for over 5 years. Honest, skilled, and overall a great guy. He helps out the community and gives great advice in addition to sharp cuts. Agree with all the 5 star reviews he’s got on here. He’s the only guy I trust to cut my hair. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

Matt is an incredible barber, you can immediately tell he loves what he does. His energy is welcoming, his vibe is positive, and he’s genuinely engaging from the moment you sit down. The cut was clean, detailed, and exactly what I wanted. Getting a haircut in Los Angeles can feel like a task, but after getting to know Matt, it will feel like a treat. I will be back and send people his way.

I don't know why would anyone rate this shop less than 5 stars. I have been Matt's client since he opened the shop and he is the best hairstylist in LA. I drive all the way from Redondo Beach for haircuts here. I am glad I discovered Matt and this shop. Thank you Matt for all the years of service.

Matt is a unique 1of1 guy, he's MY DUDE! I will get into all the detail about his craft, but first and foremost I need to mention how good of a soul he is. I remember once I was having a rough time when I saw him, and he told me my cut was on the house. He genuinely cares and feels for his clients. He also supported working actors and production folks impacted by the strikes just because he could. I will continue to show him my loyalty and support him NO MATTER WHAT. Words do not do justice to how great of a human Matt is, and I will scream it from the rooftops. From a straight barber POV, you can find no better bang for your buck. I've been going here since the beginning days of the shop and Matt has worked his tail off to make this a top barbershop in Hollywood. He knows his hair extremely well, and TAKES HIS TIME. Cannot say how awesome it is to have a barber that will not feel rushed and will make sure it's perfection. Never hesitates to give you his opinion on what does and does not look good for you. And if you know exactly what you want, he can execute that no problem. He also has an impressive amount of experience cutting different types of hair if you are concerned about that. Just ask and you will get a genuine honest take from Matt. I can go on for days talking about Matt and his shop. Truly a gem of Hollywood, and you're supporting one of the best humans I've come across in Los Angeles.

I've gone to many barbers around this area and Matt is definitely the best! His fades are top notch. Their rates are competitive, he's very friendly and there is usually parking available in the lot downstairs.

Found this gem on Yelp and will describe my experience as PHENOMENAL. Handsome devils barber shop outpoints any barber in Los Angeles. Amazing customer service, I met Matt and wow was I blown away. This guy has a genuine personality, very kind and caring and actually cares about his customers and work etiquette. I absolutely love this place, his skills are out of this world, I mean he is a perfectionist - a true Picasso of his craft. No wonder this place has nothing but 5 star reviews. I'm so happy I found this place, I needed something special and I found that here with Matt. I highly suggest anyone looking for a great cut to come here. Tell them Larry sent ya!

We all know a good barber is hard to come by and Covid has only made it even worse but this place is legit! I have thinning hair and the owner listened to everything I requested about how I style my hair and did a fantastic job. Between the solid fade, friendly customer service and prime location in Hollywood I was pleasantly surprised to finally find my go to spot for a clean haircut! Plus you can't beat the price for the overall quality!
