Richard is precise, consistent, and professional. Clean lines, balanced shape, no rushed work. He listens, executes exactly what’s discussed, and the cut grows out clean instead of falling apart after a week. Appointments run on time, the shop stays focused, and the results are reliable every visit. If you care about structure, detail, and walking out confident without needing fixes, this is the barber.

Guys seem nice enough, but definitely lacks the quality I was hoping for , for the money I spent I was hoping for detailed work… and now I have these long hairs just hanging around my fade! … lol,😆 not everyone is a pro… but they still charge like one..

Owner's response

I've been going to Jay at Gettin' Faded for a while now and I always get a great haircut. Everyone in there is very nice making it an enjoyable experience!

Honestly, not the best haircut. I was a walk-in men's haircut, the price was good, but the haircut was a lot of different lengths. Had to fix it up at home. I liked the energy and staff, and I was treated pretty well. Maybe buddy was distracted that day, it happens.

Owner's response

Damn bro or maybe you were moving too much!

What a wonderful place. I was a bit put off by the name but these guys are community builders. Not only did I receive the closest shave of my life, but while I was in the chair one of the employees ran out of the establishment and saved a woman's run-away dog. After that fiasco, they went to the convenience store and, without thought, asked if I wanted anything. They grabbed me a bottle of water without asking for anything in return. Would come back, would recommend.

I came to these google reviews looking for positive feedback from customers before going. After receiving my cut, I can say this shop is a hard pass. Dude was on the phone most of the time while cutting me. Environment was cool and friendly but I wouldn't recommend it for a solid cut. Overpriced too for the lackluster cut.

Owner's response

Sorry to hear this, but please call and speak to the owner martin to get more info on this. It will be corrected thank you

So, first off I’ll say I do appreciate the small business vibe here and the guys do a great job with the cuts, which is why I’ve consistently returned. My big issue is pricing inconsistencies ... I’ve been going to this barbershop since moving from NYC in June (So I’ve had roughly 4 haircuts) each of those times I’ve not paid the same price for a single cut. Someone explain to me how that makes sense? Today, after getting a haircut and a simple buzz of my beard ( no razor, no trimmer, as my skin is super sensitive) I was charged $40!! My first trip there, I paid $27, my second trip I paid $28, my third trip I paid $37... now this trip $40?!?! When I asked the guy he looked at me in bewilderment. Sadly because of this, I won’t be returning.

Owner's response

Haircut is 28 any there services added to that is extra charge, thank you

I really appreciated how they ran the walk in line, First Come, First Serve. They really don't show any favoritism, even a well known Regular had to wait his turn. I got the haircut I described, but not the one i had in mind. Regardless, it was a great a cut, and definitely what i described. With that in mind, make sure you are clear on what you want, if you can find a picture even better. These guys know what they are doing, are polite, professional, friendly and take great pride in their work. I highly recommend these guys any day.

Owner's response

Thank you, much love

Been coming here for years and also bring my son here. Great barbershop with a fun atmosphere. Danny has been cutting my and my son's hair for some time time. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend it. Though the wait can be long at times but you can avoid it by calling your barber in advance. Highly recommend this place and Danny as a barber (yes I'm biased . Lol... But the other barbers are very skilled as well)
