Loved it and my kids looks so sharp and cleancut afterwards. Stylist really had excellent rapport with my child and instinct on what to do with this hair when I couldnt really describe it well. My child runs on the anxious side but here he was smiling the whole time. A bit pricey for kids!!

I initially went in wanting a simple taper-fade haircut, unbeknownst to me, I wasn’t exactly sure how I wanted it done. A hairdresser named Tia guided me out through the process, building on my ideas each step. She took her time explaining what she was going to do and offered quite helpful suggestions along the way. The final result was superb!!

am extremely disappointed with this salon. The haircut was rushed, careless, and does not match the reference I showed. The stylist did not consider the shape of my head, made the back way too short, and clearly did not pay attention to detail. I felt like it didn’t matter to them how I would look. Disgrace!!!!

Absolutely awful experience. I gave this barbershop four chances, and each time I was cut by a different barber. Every single haircut was terrible. The barbers are completely inexperienced and can’t perform even the most basic clipper cut. They only used clippers with guards #1 and #2, yet my whole head ended up uneven, the fades were crooked, and the hair was sticking out in all directions. The only way to fix it now is to shave my head completely. Honestly, I would like a refund. You need barbers who actually know what they’re doing — at the very least, who know how to shave properly. I never leave reviews, but this has become impossible to tolerate. ( 12 minutes, $48 )

Zeny my stylist, is my favorite thing about coming to Floyds. She is always so happy to see me and knows exactly how to cut my hair and beard. I always get the best haircut when I see Zeny at Floyds.

I am utterly disappointed cutting my hair here for the first time, I paid $40 to not even get my hair cut AND on top of that an uneven fade??? That does not even look like a fade. Please go somewhere else...

Got the worst haircut I’ve ever had here. Only giving it 2 stars because they were nice enough to reimburse me, guessing that wasn’t the first time. You might get a better barber, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a chopped cut. “I’ll blend it” no you just shaved half my head.

Done with this place. Had already frequented them less and less because of their overpriced mediocre haircuts. I decided to give them one more chance because they were open later and made a reservation for the evening. I showed up 10 minutes after the appointment time and was informed they already marked me as a no show for my appointment. Minutes later after leaving, I get a text that my reservation was cancelled, meaning the guy checking my reservation didn’t actually cancel the reservation until AFTER I had arrived for my appointment and left the shop. To be honest, I appreciate how I was treated because it just solidified why I no longer go here.

I don’t write reviews and most of the time I just hit five stars no matter my thoughts wherever I am. I could not do it this time. I had to write something so no one has to feel how I do now. I am new to the area and have gotten a couple haircuts at Floyd’s in the past month or so. Both had been great haircuts. I wish I had remembered their names when I made my reservation. If I had, I would not be writing a review right now. This was the worst haircut I have had in 30 years or more. (Zeny). It was finished in seven minutes and she didn’t listen to a word I said. She shouldn’t be cutting hair. I wish I had seen the previous review and known her name before. I would not have gotten in her chair. I am so upset and now I have a ledge in my hair where it sticks out an inch on one side. Management was great about listening to my concerns and offered to fix it but it will have to grow out more before it is possible.
