Horrible place, I came here for a trim my hair it was short and it was a bit overgrown and they butchered it into something else different. For the love of god don’t come here. Just because they cut it once nicely doesn’t mean the next person will even if they’re from the same salon that was my experience.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star, it deserves 0 stars!!! Horrible service! Workers are so rude and have the worst attitude. I will NEVER be returning again. WORST hair salon. Save your money and take your business elsewhere where there is better customer service and where they actually have professional stylists.

In all honesty there is better places to get a quick haircut tho I've come here regularly, the customer service has gone down somewhat. I'm always treated with rush service and monor attention to detail on the small trim of haircut I want. Great for families to take their children but overall it's ehh for me.

Yes great haircuts, wait is long enough to walk out, some stylists engage conversation with customers, others not at all and rude.

I picked this Beauty salon because it is one block away from me the first time I went Monica cut my hair she was ok I guess but the second time I went I let Claudia cut my hair and I'm so happy with her great attitude and beautiful ways. So glad I went back

Never going back here again, by far the worst place ever. Not only is their customer service TRASH but the owner is rude too!! They should definitely adjust their attitudes because it's as horrible as their hair cutting "skills" if you want to spend money on a haircut go elsewhere these people are not fit to work in a social environment let alone handle your hair....

My son and husband are regulars for the most part they do great job but don't try telling them you want it shorter or a certain way because they'll butch your hair.

Hands down the worst hair salon in south central. They absolutely ruined my mother’s hair. They attempted to do highlights on orange brown hair, it just doesn’t go well. (It’s not done for a reason) The lady that worked on her hair was in denial saying she did a great job and didn’t fix it until we told her boss. We paid $180 and my mom came out with reddish brown hair after coming in with brown hair with faded highlights. All she wanted was a root and highlights touch up but they absolutely ruined her hair. I only gave them one star because it’s not possible to give them none. The owner was pretty nice but the workers are clueless.

First time customer. Took my son 1 1/2 year old. The man was very gentle, calm, and patient. My son did not cry, he showed him the machine and told him that we was going to cut his hair. That gave me comfort and my son too. Thank you.

The girl who cut my hair did a very poor job. She couldn't understand what I was saying. She even had to ask her boyfriend to translate. That was over 2 months ago and I still have to fight with my hair to make it presentable.
