Horrible experience. The haircut was decent, but the price is absurd! Fourty dollars for a simple cut is ridiculous. I also wanted my beard lined up, but that would have been an extra $30 bucks! Then I was going to pay thru zelle, but they charge an extra 5 bucks for no reason. Zelle doesn't charge any transaction fees. Definitely not coming back!

My experience wasn’t so good Did ask Carlos ahead of time is there a space for a cut he reply saying yes I had to wait almost 2 hrs for a decent cut still have pieces of hair on the side of my head. Not going there again

They don’t communicate with the customer at all about wait times. Waited and hour and half. They made my husband think he was next sat him in a chair than made him get up because they said they were waiting for an appointment customer but if he didn’t show then they would take him. Guy didn’t show 25 minutes later my husband is still waiting while the barber is just on his phone. Finally my husband gets frustrated and tells them we are leaving they get upset and say other. People had appointment but as my husband says you should have let me know when I got here instead of keeping me two hours without telling me nothing. The guys act like the don’t care and just say bye to him.

Great service , clean establishment and plenty of comfortable seating from the front to the back, pool table and tvs galore. I just got a amazing cut yesterday and have had compliments on it since. Feelin’ fresh ..I’ll be back for more that’s for sure. Wade Mo’

Carlos is the man! I only get my hair cut 1-2 times per month but every time I go, he helps me take a picture of my cut when he’s done so I can save it on my phone. I have tried different styles over the past year so when I want to repeat a style (high, low, 1, 0, skin, long/short on top), we review one of my saved pictures and he gets it done. He is efficient, good at small talk and dedicated. He’s open most holiday weekends if you show up in the mornings, he does walk-ins but can also do appointments for $5 more. I have thinner wavy South American hair and very few people know how to properly fade and cut the top. He knocks it out every time now that he has figured out what I like. It took a few times to get us where we are today and I hope to keep coming back for as long as I live in SoCal. He has many options for clippers, he’s skilled with scissors, cleans you up with straight razor, and blows you out with compressed air at the end so you don’t get hair all over your car when you leave. Bring cash and be prepared to park in a tight spot as parking is very limited.

FIRST VISIT, they took me in w/o appointment, the barber asked me if it was the first visit, i said yes. He talked about how his barbershop takes care of the customers, friendly, and, professionally. The cut was decent enough that promised to come back. SECOND VISIT, i arrived, there was a guy before me. The same baber that helped me was busy with another person already on the chair: a second person shows up and sits. After 10 min, a third person shows up. We are already 3 guys waiting for the our turn, while the only barber available finishes the person on the chair. 5 min after, THE SECOND BARBER shows up. He takes in the guy before me. A fourth customer shows up , he sits and waits. As the first barber finishes the customer that he was helping, i look and said “hey” to him, hoping that he will remember me for helping me out a fee weeks back; he didnt smile or returned the hello. He cleans up his post, and without even acknowledging or greeting the 3 people waiting, he tells the second baber that he will be taking a lunch. He leaves, as if the second baber didnt need his help at all. Meanwhile, The second baber finishes his customer, and he greets the guy that last arrived to the shop. They talk, and proceeds to take him on the chair, telling the other three that he had an “appointment.” One guy argues, “why he didnt notify any of us before hand, before even making us wait?” The baber just said “sorry, my bad.” The guy leaves. Only two remain, but soon the other guy steps out. At that moment, i was the last person remaining. After more than 45 min waiting, i asked myself “what am i doing here?” So i left too. No need to give a chance or give the benefit of the doubt to a business that cares not for its customers.

Went in as a walk-in, understood that I would have to wait a bit which was fine. Barber told me walking out to his lunch that I would have to wait for 30 mins, I said fine. He than came back 40 mins later and proceeded to cut another appointment he had. Not mad at the appointment jumping me, I am not pleased that I was told 30 mins when he had another appointment already coming in. At that point I was there for two hour’s already and decided to leave. Extremely unprofessional and won’t ever come back.

Great friendly speedy service and great personnel very proffesional. Great vibe place looks and feels high end. And the haircuts are always looking beyond perfect. Great place for adults and kids. They've upgraded the place looks amazing even has two big screen tvs and a billiards table!! The only place I get the kids haircuts

I came in as a walk-in. I totally understand the wait for me. After waiting for more than an hour and 15 minutes he finally let me know that it will be one more person and then it’ll be my turn. Cool. Sike. In came in 3 more people and he took them in even though it was my turn. Lost me as a customer. The worker there was clearly more invested in his phone than to let me know anything. It was my first time here and what terrible service it was. Never coming back. Wish I can get the amount of time I wasted here.
